Q: I recently saw a video where drones were used in firefighting and ag research . I only know these two names and I think they are more into military applications. New drone hardware and applications is popping up weekly.
Are you able to predict which companies are likely to be the most dominant and financially successful , or will the military outlook always hold the top spot ?

Q: I hold Lumine and I am trying to understand why Lumine's business seems to be shrinking outside of acquisitions. Is it because Wideorbit is such a large driver of revenue, and Wideorbit sells ads to TV and radio which are both declining industries? I guess the question then becomes are they moving away from TV and radio generally in terms of their recent acquisitions? Thanks.

Q: Can you give a quick opinion on each of the above stocks at this time for long term positions in the AI and robotic sectors?

Is there a good ETF that invests in the AI and robotic sectors to consider?

Q: Hi 5i,

You commented that you would not add more to an existing position but would you be a new buyer or this company?
Is there still a compelling growth story here for a 3 year hold or do you think there are better companies in this sector to deploy cash that are forecasting better growth acceleration?
I huge thank you for all you do!

Q: May I have your current thoughts on MDA? Any concerns on the latest quarter? Is executive compensation “reasonable”. I get the impression you considered the stock a hold or a weak buy back in July. Is my understanding correct and if so are you more favourable disposed to the stock now?
Thanks,
Jim

Q: I currently hold NVDA in non-registered account and two registered accounts. In view of the poor performance and perhaps a low future growth in the automotive industry, I am thinking of selling my position in the non-registered account, harvest a capital loss and initiate a position in NVDA. I am trying to take advantage of the pullback in NVDA and increase the growth profile. Understanding your limitation in providing advice on this move, your opinion of the pros and cons of this switch would be appreciated.

Q: Correct me if I am mistaken but Shop missed estimates and the stock tanked then they beat estimates last week and the stock soared. Over the past 2 days the stock is up approximately 30%. Does the erratic performance make one doubt their ability to at least achieve estimates, let alone exceed them? I assume it is the company’s executives who project the upcoming numbers! Is executive compensation reasonable? I seem to recall a recent comment that executive compensation was ridiculously high. Any thoughts you have would be appreciated.

Q: Previous answer: We think software may be the next area to move, with names like PLTR. There is some consolidation happening but we do not see AI as being 'over' as a theme.

Can you provide your three best ideas outside of Palantir and provide a brief summary of why you see growth? Please present in order from most to least conviction.

Thanks!

Q: Good Morning,

It seems like the market has recently decided that the AI investing theme has peaked, and somewhat earlier than expected. Would you agree, and is it perhaps time to consider selling some winners?

It’s unlikely that SMCI will return to its highs from earlier in the year, and it’s a very different company, but is the current market sentiment likely to continue pulling down other AI-related winners like Vertiv and even Nvidia?

Thanks for your thoughts on this.

Brad
