I have done very well and am very happy with my investment in CSU - thank you.

I would appreciate your insight on characterizing the return one receives from a co. like this.

Einstein called compound interest the 8th wonder of the world and IMO the return from CSU seems to be a phenomena beyond that.

With SHOP your return is based on capital appreciation. If it goes up you win - goes down you lose.

With BCE your return is based on a dividend and possible capital appreciation. Almost a paid rent for your money invested and with a hoped for capital gain.

With CSU the actual dividend (rent) is miniscule, however the spin-offs are like a special dividend (equity rent?) with a shared equity multiplier plus capital appreciation of the mother co.

In the past 4 yrs my CSU stock has tripled in capital value and spun off co's that their current value works out to 16% annual return. The annual growth of these co's are also expected to grow.

You have long spoke positively of CSU and maybe now, with some data, I am just seeing why.

Q: Jason D. mentioned PRL uses AI & credit unions to make loans rather than the usual face to face. Presume there are cost savings. Can you expand on these details?

Now that GSY has reached a loan book of $4bill. & has a $6bill. target for the end of 2026, can you make a guess as to what that might mean for earnings? Has there been a relationship on their journey from $1bill. to $4bill.?

Jason D. mentioned whispers CSU is getting set to do another spinoff. Hear anything? Maybe that accounts for current weakness in LMN.

Q: My TFSA is comprised of EIF (up), WELL ( down) and LMN ( up ) in equal amounts and is 4 % of my total ( cash and RRIF ) portfolios. I am not afraid of risk in my TFSA. I am looking at replacing EIF with HTA with the eventual goal of having HTA as my sole RRIF holding. I hold HTA
(5%) and EIF (2%) in my other portfolios. I like HTA for the combination of tech with high income. EIF has been good to me over the years but has been in decline for quite some time. Has something fundamental changed with this company ? HTA would be my only tech holding amongst my portfolios being almost 10% of value. Does this approach make sense?

Q: With the sweet run Nvidia has had, it is getting to be a pretty major chunk of my portfolio and I need to start trimming soon.

With the current momentum and the increased appeal to retail investors after the split, any thoughts on when to trim / when this run will start to ease off?

Q: AI has been shifting momentum away from stocks of traditional software companies in the tech sector, but CSU has continued to climb to new highs. Is there some reason CSU seems to be immune to present trends, or will they catch up to it?

Q: I do not have a position in Microsoft , but I still have what hs become a relatively modest position in AAPL. I don't really want to increase the amount I have in technical stocks nor do I have the cash at this time. So , I am considering selling half my Apple shares and buying Microsoft with the proceeds. This would be in a registered account. Would you consider this advisable at this time ?

Q: The Wall Street Journal today posted an article about Nvda's New Sales Booster: The Global Push for National AI Champions. In it it referenced Canada. " Other big projects are taking place in Canada, which last month pledged $1.5 billion as part of a sovereign computing strategy for the country’s startups and researchers," . Which Canadian companies do you feel may be the possible benefactors from this investment?

Q: Given the tailwinds for this sub-sector, how would you rate LFUS against others in this sub-sector that you like. Could you rank it against comparables - pros and cons and valuation. Would you recomend buying it today?

Q: This name is down significantly from its IPO of subordinated voting shares a few years ago. CEO (and founder?) Rob Laidlaw holds the multiple voting shares. What do we know about him and has he had any prior companies he's run/founded? Also what is your assessment of the management?

Q: Hi, CRWD will be added to S&P 500 effective June 24, markets open. Stock has already been in a strong momentum, post earnings and was up 5% to an All time High of $368, in after market trading, Friday, following the announcement.. We have already been considering adding to our small 1% position in this cyber-security name. Is it too late ?

Considering CRWD stock momentum and proposed weight in S&P 500 Index, based on your past experience with Index Addition situations, do you foresee an immediate rush of buyers pushing the price higher, but the price only settling down, as end of 2 weeks window approaches and trading lower thereafter ?

How would you approach it from a Portfolio Manager's perspective, if you wanted to increase your exposure to this security ? Will you add now or wait for the stock to settle, after the Index addition ? Or, split the purchases ?

Also, would there be a price level/range, you will look at, before pulling the trigger ?

Q: I presently have $66,000 to invest and am looking at these stocks to buy. Please place them in order of preference . Best choices first and if there is some you would not buy at present prices ?
