Q: Please comment on earnings. I’m holding at a loss and don’t know whether to sell. Looks like a miss on this Q. The question is whether to hold and hope for a recovery. Thanks.
Further to my last question, do you think the sales miss is due to the economy or do we have to worry about customers not needing the apps service? Is the lower sales due to the economy or something more fundamental to the product? Thanks!

Q: I believe insiders have been buying TOI around $70 in late December. Based on this, do you think the current $75 price is worth buying ahead of the Feb 7 Q4 earnings announcement?

Organic revenue growth seems to be down in the past year. Would there be a reason for this, and is it a cause for concern?

TOI is said to be the same size as CSU was in 2013/14. Are there some metrics that compare the valuation of TOI today to CSU then?....perhaps Price to Cashflow, or some better comparison? Or is this an apples to oranges comparison because of geographic operational differences?

Q: I sold a number of tech stocks for tax losses late last year. As tech is on the rise again I am tempted to buy them back even though I was probably overweight tech to begin with. This has me wondering what you think would be an appropriate sector allocation between tech, industrials, financials, etc. I would appreciate a generic allocation for an average investor irrespective of age or personal financial situation. Thanks.
