Q: While I like their growth profile, management and commitment to debt reduction, I just can’t figure out exactly what they do. I remember the old Moore Business forms when I would send out handwritten invoices ( many many years ago )and I see the word “ print “ in their presentations so I’m thinking they are in a declining business.
In plain words , can you tell me what they do. An example of how they would assist a customer would help. Thanks. Derek.

Q: Good Morning

Both my wife I own shares in ECN and have been long time owners and over the years have done very well. However now in our mid seventies and with the new focus for ECN if now would be a good time to exit our position and invest in something more appropriate and conservative for our age. Selling half would leave us with to small a position so either sell all or retain it?
What are your thoughts and if sell is the suggestion what would those suggestions be?
we are over weight in both financials and TECH
We understand you are unable to provide direct guidance
Thks
Marcel

Q: Is the news from yesterday of a large stockholder selling out completely a reflection of the company's future outlook? Do you think the stock remains in the doghouse for the next quarter? This year? Does it make sense to book a loss now and rethink in the future? How do you view its prospects and valuation after today's price change?
Regards
