Q: In response to a recent question about TCS, you said “We would be comfortable adding to the position given the recent weakness in share price.”

Would you sell ILLM to buy more TCS, which I already own, or add to GOOGL, which I also own and which I know you like, or would you stick it out with ILLM?

I have held ILLM for a long time, and don’t want to sell if it has more potential than the other stocks mentioned. But I would hate to see a tech rally over the next few years while ILLM sits on the side lines. Do you think the recent ticker symbol change could be signalling a forthcoming change in strategy?

Q: Hi have these microcap companies in low portfolio weighting speculative account. PNRL and TLO since I think nickel will be in demand for EV batteries, and DSV as an silver developer.

Any opinion on viability of the 3 companies? Tempted to cut them loose but not in taxable account, so just looking at opportunity cost. Do you think any/all of these 3 survive for a hopefully better market for metals?

Q: hi, like so many of the small caps recommended, this one, CTS, continues it's downward price trajectory. can you provide a brief synopsis on where CTS is today financially ( ie how long until it runs out of money?). is CTS a screaming buy, a hold, or a sell? and can you provide an educated guess as to what other Canadian small caps in your universe are going to zero/near zero in this market? cheers, chris

Q: Hi, i have recently become more impressed by the performance by my micro/small caps in my portfolio (above). In that vein, could you suggest a few more that have decent balance sheets, dividends, and momentum ?

Q: i own both well and vmd,both keep hitting 52 week highs which i know you like.i know vmd is the old phm which you did not like, but they seem to have left that behind them.
my question is are you ok with vmd now, well is a billion dollar value , vmd is about 600 million.

Q: If you held the following smaller cap stocks in positions of 0.5% to 1.0% of your total stock portfolio, and wanted to reduce the number of holdings by selling several of them and using the money to add to others, which ones would you sell and which ones would you add to: ACQ, ADEN, AEP, AND, CHW, CJ, DCM, ECN, GEO, HPS.A, LNF, NOA, PRL, QIPT, RCH, RET.A, SFC, STLC, SVI, TVE, WELL, XTC. Assume overall portfolio is well diversified so sectors not a consideration, and that this is the riskier part of portfolio, so, higher risk is fine. Would be great if you could pare this list of 22 stocks down to about 10-15. Thanks.
