Q: Hi 5i, Could you help me understand what is going on with Hamilton Thorne (HTL)? I received a notice of a special meeting of shareholders. It looks like a takeover to go private and shareholders will receive $2.25 per share. Does that sound right? In these cases is there any chance they will not go private or do you think it that happens, it is just delaying the inevitable? Thank so much.

Q: Peter and His Wonder Team
I have held this stock for years and am under water. They keep promising better times. So I am following the classical route of " just trying to get my money back". All factors considered... give it another season or throw in the towel! Ha!Ha! Thanks your professional opinion is always sobering.

Q: Hello, There was a NR today stating that Hammond Power will be increasing its Planned Capex by $20 mln, over 2024 and 2025, to support current capacity bottlenecks for its custom power transformers portfolio resulting in significant addition to its revenue capacity. Is this significant ?
Does it further solidify company's position as a dominant supplier in speciality transformers segment of the market ? And, given the recent volatility in the stock, how should investors be positioned for next 3-5 years ?
Q: What do you think if the CEO and the idea behind starting up this company? Yes it sounds like an ethical idea but is it a space and market that will make money. Looks like the CEO has been buying shares.
Q: Hi, Small/Mid Cap sector is performing really well and most of 5i portfolio constituents have seen a remarkable recovery over past few weeks. However, this one continues to languish, with no momentum in sight. What's causing investors to be so negative on the company, despite solid results and swelling order book ? Is there anything, in your view, which could change the market sentiment ?
Q: Thank you for your recent report on Pollard.
Would you be able to estimate the value of PBL should they be unsuccessful to bid on any new iLottery contracts once the current NPi iLottery contracts expire? Where would the stock trade at in this worst-case scenario, if PBL remained a classic scratch card business along with its charitable gaming part? Thank you.
