Q: Just a comment on the Amaya question from Frederick. On the last conference call I think they said they would report in April and at that time they would give guidance for the full 2013 year. I may have misunderstood but I think they said they hope to provide annual forcasts. Hope this is helpful. Joe

Q: Hello Peter,
What is your current opinion of CLC. Is the high yield safe?
Thanks, Bill.

Q: Do you have a view on WEQ ? Is the dividend safe? Many thanks, Nancy
Q: I have checked the posts for NFI and you seem to think New Flyer is a decent company with challenges in front of it. I've held the company for several years for the income and a potential gain. It has been on a bit of a run and I would appreciate your thoughts at this point. Many thanks, Brian
Q: Psn...... Last discussed in December. Any new thoughts? We rode it right down and were wondering if we should sell or buy more at this price. Thanks for your response
Q: I have done quite a bit of research and really like the growth prospects of ZCL and CCT. I know they are in completely different industries. Do you have a preference between the two?
Q: Amaya and earnings releases.
Do you think the next release will be the annual and that it'll be in March?
If you have general info on when/why a company would release a 4th quarter vs having it included in the annual would be interesting.

Q: Verde Potash (NPK)
Verde is presenting in Vancouver on the 20th and in Brazil on the 21st of Jan.
Do presentations by companies at events such as these really do much or are they just kind of fluff?
I'm also curious about 5i's opinion if Verde could be benefiting from Brazil Central Bank easing reserve rules, easier to get a large loan from a Brazilian bank promoting industry?
General thoughts? Still think it will be quiet or better chance now of things happening?
Thanks for your time.

Q: Hi Peter and company I purchased a rather large number of shares of Automodular (AM), a company I had never heard of before I subscribed to your service. It has been a fantastic winner so thank you very much. But where is it going now? From my BMO recognia value analyzer, I see it has about 20M shares, no debt, 15m in cash and equivalents and an 8 % yield(approximate figures rounding price to $3). So it looks like it still has room to run. What do you think.
Thanks

Q: Hi, Peter and team: I'm considering taking a position in Richards Packaging (RPI.UN). Their 3rd quarter 2012 results gave a figure of 62% for payout ratio (up from 59% a year earlier). My discount broker shows Richards with a payout ratio of 149.80 (?). I'm having a bit of a problem with payout ratios. I don't know whether higher is good or bad. I'd appreciate any help in this area. Thanks, Dale
Q: Please comment on Amaya redeeming the convertible debentures and then following up with a $20million private placement announced this morning. Thanks Joe

Q: A few months ago, RBC came out with a research report on BrightCove (BCOV). It was selling at $12.60 at the time the report was issued and they gave it their Top Pick rating. The 52 week high is about $25 and it had IPO'd at $11. I bought 1000 at $11.60 and it is now $9.21. Any ideas on this stock.
Q: Please give me your opinion on Lonestar West(LSI).
Include a comparison of their metrics to Badger outside of company size.
Now that they are moving into the US, might BAD take a stab at acquiring them?
Thanks,
Sandy

Q: I would value your opinion on the proposed takeover of (FIS) Fission Energy by Denison Mines. I currently hold Fission shares, and wonder if it would be advantageous to sell out now, or hold on and receive .355 Denison shares and a small leftover entity of Fission. Thanks

Q: I was wondering if a Caldwell Partners CWL would turn up through your screening process.Reinstituting a dividend after a four year absense caught my attention.
The company has done one financing in it's 24 year public life and yet being a small microcap has a 30% instituitional base.
