Q: Hello,
The newly issued Inspira is trading at 0.5X loan book. I was wondering what you thought of the company, if 0.5X is cheap, and where you see the stock price going. If the management can get the company to a 500 million loan book, what prediction would you have for the stock price. Also, any update on what the loan book is at now? There seems to be little communication from the management team. Thanks
Q: About a year ago many were touting it as a great stock to buy, and I did buy around 10 cents. It languished at 5 cents for the longest time, but is now active between 7 & 8 cents. Should I sell?
Q: I received several calls from a company that sounds like a pump and dump organization that encouraging me to buy Aqua Power. They are relentless in their message promising a large return. The news from APSI looks good but I am suspicious of the approach they are using. I appreciate sharing your knowledge of APSI and the Company that is promoting it "Investors Edge located in Costa Rica"
Q: I'm interested in investing in Parkit. However, I don't fully understand what happened with this joint-venture deal (http://www.parkitenterprise.com/news/2015/april22/). Can you help shed some light on this and if it his is a good deal for shareholders?
Q: You previously said they were too small to comment on despite a little cash in the bank and a raising of $500,000. Since then the price has doubled to 20 cents and they raised another $2 million. Is it still below your radar as wondering if already too late considering it is speculative.
Thanks

Q: WANTED Tech. TSXV: WAN got take out offer today at $1.79 by NYSE listed CEB Inc. Do you think its a fair price? Should I hold the stock to see if another higher offer comes?
I have a question about Pivot. Can you briefy explain me the company and is it a good time to purchase shares. Currently, Ralph Garcea of Cantor Fitzgerald Canada has a $1.25 target price. Ralph mention Pivot can raise their dividend, buy back shares and increase their margins. Can you kindly share your thoughts. Thanks.
Q: Would you please give your short and long term view of the prospects of this company given the news today of a small revenue shortfall expected for the current quarter?
Q: This is a tiny company that may be on the mend. Today they issued a news release of a plan to exchange approximately $890,000 of certain existing debt for up to 2,690,531 common shares of the company.
The conversion price of the shares is 29 cents.
The current share price is under 21 cents cents a share. Is it peculiar that the conversion price is higher than the current price? Does it indicate the debt holders regard the company shares as undervalued or is this just a way to keep the cost base high and minimize cap gains on any future sale?
