Q: Could you update Midway (MDW) just starting production and grade is lower than modelled, may have a short term financial issue. Is the big drop from .90 to .39 a falling knife or a buying opportunity. Your comments on management and I can't seem to find their expected all in cost.

Q: Could you comment on Pivot. They say they will initiate a 3 cents dividend in September and will convert the pref shares. At 30 cents , its a 10% dividend for a growing company.

Their last earning a few months ago showed a 10% increase in profit and they maintained 11% margins.

Q: Mr. Dalsin has said in three different calls/interviews now that a dividend, by the company, is one of their milestones once they reach the 20-25 million EBITDA. Do you still consider the initiation of a dividend as being one of the strongest indicators of a company's strength?

Q: Good morning, I am looking to enter CXI for my TFSA. I use TA as one tool in looking for an entry point. Currently I see that it is sitting right at its 50 day moving average and has a MACD that could turn positive very shortly. Would you consider CXI to have a good entry point taking its technicals into account? Also, how to you feel about DW.to DataWind, with its new partnership in India?
