Q: I reviewed the additional information in the press release by Loyalist related to Tuition Fee Revenue and Deferred Revenue for Q4 2014 and Q1 2015. It showed combined Total in Q4 2014 of $17.4 (Deferred $9.7) million versus combined Total Q1 2015 of $$20.0 (Deferred $12.5) million an increase in total of $2.6 million quarter over quarter. They also stated that 57% of the deferred revenue at Q1 2015 will recognized in Q2 2015 and 28% in Q3 2015. Isn't this mainly a timing of matching revenue with expenses? Isn't the market over reacting perhaps because this information was not included in the first press release? If not, What am I missing?
Q: LOY released its earnings today and is down. Is this stock worth holding, hold and buy more to reduce costs, or dump it and take a loss?
Your comments please.
Q: Melcor is a small player in the REIT sector, seems like a well run company, pays a decent dividend. My question: is Melcor solid enough to withstand an increase in interest rates when rates start to rise and is it a long term buy for a retirement portfolio. Carl

Q: Any thoughts on Profound which is expected to trade on June 8? Knight has invested and Goodman will be on the BOD. I know you generally like to wait and see where things settle down
Thanks
Q: Would be interested in your current views of VXS particularly in light of the recent senior management changes and the company's continued revenue growth and financial performance.
