The stock has drop from 0.45 to 0.29 in a short amount of time. It had great support with a 0.45 price stocks. But the stock has fallen so much. Why the company stock drop so quickly. Q: Is there any point in holding on to Diversified Royalty any longer? (I'm down 22%). With oil being what it is, and DIV tied to the Alberta economy so closely, it seems this might be a long time in recovering. Its only real "diversity" is Mr. Lube, it seems, because the few other holdings are a few restaurant chains, mostly based in Alberta. Is Mr. Lube enough to sustain this company and see it through the tough times ahead? I was thinking of cashing in, and topping up my Royal Bank stock with the proceeds, with the recent dip at Royal.

Q: Hi Peter and team,

Can you kindly comment on IBI Group Inc. Is the company structuring is finish and turning things around. The company's revenue is solely on infrastructure. How is there revenue and profit growth since they last report, they have 12 months of backlog. What is the 5-10 years trend with the company. Can it go back to a strong company it once was. Q: How valuable in your opinion is their "Swiss water" decaffeination process? I think they also supply Tim Horton's and McDonald's, I imagine these contracts are more longer term? Could you please give a brief balance sheet and cash flow opinion on ten peaks. To me it looks good but I'd like to pay a "reasonable" price for it.

Q: Hey guys

Do you think it would be wise to average down on Phm at this level? I'm not in at the highs it once was but still thinking of averaging down and wondering if i should. Also is there anything else behind why it's performing like it is and being stagnant at the 52 week low? I mean besides the regular issues that the company has been trying to shake off?
