Q: I have held Kelso for quite some time and have seen the ups and downs for this company. With the down turn in oil (railcar shipping) and delays in regulations for those railcars, do you think there are any catalysts in the near to get things going again for this company. I keep hearing about other products to try to diversify what they offer, but the stock seems to be stuck. I hold a small position and wonder if I should hold on for a little longer or move on. Your thoughts please.

Q: Since your last perhaps somewhat tepid though tending towards positive comments on this stock (May) it has basically doubled and has just broken out of a consolidation pattern on strong volume. I read the release on the last quarter and was not impressed given the 'adjusted' this and thats and the explanation (if it was one)for the small revenue decline (but I am certainly not knowledgeable on such things). Obviously 'the street' liked it (up 8% today).
Given the above and your previous, could you please provide an update on your thoughts on this one.

Q: The Russell 2000 has had a nice run up and now appears to be descending. I need US$ and would like to realize my profits in US$ while the Cdn$ is strong. As I have Loss carry forwards for tax purposes there will be no tax payable on this transaction. I would consider buying back in to IWO if you feel the Russell 2000 will reverse and start to rise again. What do you think at this time about investing in IWO? Mike

Q: Hello 5i. I may just need a bit of hand holding here. I have the following stocks in a high growth portfolio. I do not need to cash anything in but do wonder if these stocks are worth holding on to? Am I missing other better opportunities? All are down from where I bought them.

Q: I have a small position in heo at a 25%loss to date. I am looking at selling and adding either pho or gps for a 1 to 2 year hold. What is your outlook for these 3 stocks and would you proceed with this strategy? If so, which of heo or gps has the better outlook? Thanx.

Q: i am surprised you never put pih in one of your portfolios, your comments were always positive and at one point i was sure you were going to add it so i bought a small amount 4000 shares -- it was frustrating and very thinly traded and then today boom, takeover at over 18 a share. anyways i still bought it because you. thanks .dave
