Q: Further to your answer dated March 5, 2015 on QIS (Quorum), the company released results today for the quarter ending 31 March. I had previously accepted the Investor Relations reasoning (excuse?) that that QIS shares were down because it is based in Alberta and the fact that its customers are auto dealers. Today’s release showing a worse bottom line on higher sales doesn’t enhance confidence unless there is a valid explanation. Is there?
QIS’ software products are excellent and are much liked by auto-dealers and manufacturers. Although this micro cap is too small for you are you able to comment on management ability and trustworthiness? QIS has an excellent business model and reliable software packages according to software execs. Would you consider QIS attractive at its current price or would you move on?

Q: my question today is regarding Tree Island Steel (TSL). Their last quarter numbers seem quite impressive. Can i get your opinion on the latest developments of TSL. i have done very well with PHM and have to rebalance that position and was thinking of adding TSL. i realize they are two totally different companies . i first got into TSL several quarters ago at $1.70 and now it looks poised to breakout.some insider buying has also occurred very recently.I know the chinese could flood the market with very cheap fasteners which would hurt .could you also comment on the debt situation. thanx Norm

Q: When you calculate insider ownership, do you count shares such as options, indirect ownership and restricted rights shares equally with directly held shares. Now that CXV have started their acquisition process what is their insider holdings percentage? Is there any indication of what the contributions of these two acquisitions will be towards CXV's bottom line?

Q: Hi guys. I would like your present opinion on E. I am very deeply under water on this one (78%) They now want to restructure 4 for 1. Should I throw in the towel or just stick it out.
They also want to reprice the insider options from about 70c to 30c. This would seem liken rewarding poor performance to me.
Your comment would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Michael
