Q: Hi Peter,
I have accumulated a large position in Helio Resource at 2.50 cents average cost. Brad Mills (CE Mining) has been "keeping the lights on" by exercising his warrants at 5 cents even though HRC bid at 2.5 cents at the time!! I've spoken to HRC management about my concern of a share consolidation (and subsequent drop in HRC share price). They assure me that any share consolidation would be part of a "transaction" and won't hurt the share price. Any idea what they mean by that ???
Neighbour Shanta Gold is performing really well under its new CEO and they would be an obvious candidate for a "transaction" with HRC. Also... Amy Freedman of Kingsdale here in Toronto become a Director of Mandalay in May 2016. This makes me think MND is thinking of a "transaction" sometime in the future. Comments?? Thanks, Ralph.
BTW, Amy Freedman bought 20,000 shares of MND at $0.59 on March 31/17.

Q: Can you please give me your thoughts on Encanto and where you see it going from here. Thank you!
Q: Seeking Alpha posted an article March 30 on ISDR which looks interesting. As a US small cap I appreciate it is not the type of stock you normally cover but as a smaller relatively unknown company with good growth potential it is the type you might cover & I wondered if you knew anything about it?
Q: In your response to a subscriber you called this sleepy stock. Fairfax Financial has made strategic portfolio investment which company says money will be for acquisition. Can you endorse adding to my small position before this stock wakes up and runs.
Best Regards
Harold

Q: What is happening to Snipp to-Day?
Q: Hi,
I took a small speculative position on this last year and today the bomb hit. So where does that leave shareholders - is there any hope of recovering anything from this or has trading completely ceased with no hope of any recovery?
Thanks.

Q: Please shed some light on what on what has happened to this company and lessons learned. From my perspective management looks weak(lack of a viable plan in tough times) and as well as reckless(too much debt). Will they get taken over when/if sector shows signs of life?
Q: GRC is down 3.85% today, with heavy trading volume. I see no news. Is there any hope for a recovery for this company? (I'm 80% in the red.)
On Feb. 13, the CEO made this statement below. Is it credible?
"The portfolio continues to generate strong royalty income on a consistent basis. The operating cost reductions we implemented earlier this year and the conservative approach we continue to ascribe to both Contract Buyouts and underperforming investments in the portfolio position us to exit 2017 stronger than 2016," said Steve Parry, Chief Executive Officer of Grenville. "Our pipeline is stronger than ever as it relates to both the volume and the quality of the opportunities we are reviewing. In our review, we place an increased emphasis on companies with strong growth, recurring/predictable revenues and the ability to raise capital from multiple sources. We intend to return to a more consistent pace of investment in 2017 with the support of our two joint venture partners who have already co-invested in three opportunities with us since October."
