Q: The 5i team indicated back in May (after an earlier earnings report) that the company looked 'interesting' but would like to see more evidence that the company is moving in the right direction.
Does yesterday's earnings report now give you a clearer indication of where this micro-cap is heading?

Q: According to the press release of 24 August as of today DIV is exempt from the reporting requirements under section 501 of the TSX company manual. This section requires companies to report all proposed material changes of the company's business or affairs promptly to the TSX. If I am reading this right isn't this unusual?
