Q: May I please have your opinion on Pershing Gold Corp? It seems like insiders own a large % of the company and are continuing to buy. Thank you.

Q: Hello 5I Team.
I'm intrigued with the heavy insider purchasing in Acerus Pharm, and, I like the business they are in. I took a very small position but would really appreciate your analysis prior to adding to ASP.
Thank you!
Brian

Q: I'm considering reentering Caledonia and I'm trying to figure out what is behind the recent drop. The Zimbabwe "election" seems to be resolved without too much turmoil. Gold has been weak, but with an AISC of $856 the company still has good earnings to support the dividend. Reduced taxes offset the somewhat weaker production results from the last quarter and future production increases are forecast. Finally the proposed acquisition of a further 15% interest in the mine appears to be on good terms for the company. The drop to me seems overdone and I'm thinking that a move back to the $10-11 range would be reasonable. I'm interested in your thoughts.
Thanks, Jason

I would appreciate it if you could give me your opinion on Chesswood Group Ltd. Could you please comment on :
it's overall financial stability and growth prospects,
level of debts,
payout ratio,
robustness and sustainability of it's dividend,
rate of dividend growth,
level of insider ownership,
and how likely it is to do in a major market downturn.
How would you compare it to other companies in the same line of business and what would these be?
Would you recommend Chesswood for an income portfolio for a retiree and how large a position would you think prudent?
I see some insider sales recently in the $12.40 range and a lot of share buybacks in the $10.60 to $10.96 range. Does this mean the company thinks the shares are overvalued at present?
Thank you............. Paul K.

Q: Any new thoughts on META? I'm thinking not much will happen - in Ontario at least - until we get closer to next April when the cannabis retail stores open. Working with existing retail, Second Cup, has to put them in a good future place doesn't it?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Q: Hi 5i,
I have held Parkit for several years and have lost about a third on a small position. Do you see long term improvement for this company? Is worth holding for a few years more? Thank you.

Q: May I please have your opinion on Axis Auto Finance Inc? Thank you.
Q: Would appreciate your comments on BUS, their recent earnings report and management comments. While the back log is good, they appear to be having some execution problems.
Q: Nice day for BUS, based on news that I thought was already assumed. Do you foresee a "relatively" solid future with the current managing helm, or is this just a lottery ticket stock?
Thanks for all your great work,
Lee

Q: Hi
Sangoma recently announced the purchase of Digium for US28,000,000. Once the transaction is signed, Sangoma intends to finance the deal by borrowing approximately $21 million. The new credit facility will be drawn in US dollars, and will be repaid over 7 years and is expected to have an interest rate of 6.0% to 6.5% per annum at closing. What do you think will be the monthly or annual payments? Will the payments represent only interest costs or will they include a portion of capital?
On page 8 of the investor presentation, it is written that Digium has about $15,000,000 in tax NOLs. Is it fair to assume that Digium has lost $15,000,000 over several years and that Sangoma will be able to use the tax NOLs in order to avoid paying taxes on future US earnings?
Is the Nols considered an asset? Will it show up in Sangoma's balance sheet?
If Digium did not have $15,000,000 in tax NOLs, what would have been a fair transaction price?
What is the approximate value of $15,000,000 in tax NOLs?
What is the approximate percentage of the purchase price attributable to the $15,000,000 in tax NOLs?
Thank you and have a nice day.

Q: IDM Mining, traded on the TSX - V.
I don't own this, don't typically look into penny stocks and I've only recently been made aware of this company. However, IDM is surrounded by other projects with great resources (Bruce Jack, KSM Seabridge, Garibaldi) and they appear to have support of local communities and First Nations. Stock is trading at $0.07 and apparently have gold reserves at 7.53 g/t. The "Golden Triangle" does have some pretty incredible mineral deposits:
