Q: HI Peter and 5i Team, I watched a segment on cbc news last night about Electrovaya and it all sounded like great technology, great timing for the energy storage market and Clean tech. What's the 5i perspective on EFL'S Business model and are they poised to start making a profit ? Do they have a mangement team that knows how to grow a company ? Thanks, Steve.
Q: It was announced yesterday that Apollo has reached an agreement to acquire Canadream for 1.85. I would appreciate your comments on the offer.
BTW great service!

Q: Peter and Team:
PHM has hit a 52 week high. Last question about it was asked April 28. Wondering if your thoughts are still negative, and if you could expand on the proposed split.
Thanks as always for a great service.
Phil

Q: Could you please comment on GEO earnings and prognosis going forward? thanks
- Gold Springs Resource Corp. (GRC)
- Merus Labs International Inc. (MSL)
- Cipher Pharmaceuticals Inc. (CPH)
Q: All three of these companies were once market darlings that have fallen from their more favorable market days and are now attempting turnarounds. Do any of these companies appear to be a turnaround buy at their current levels? If not,and if they sit in one's portfolio, should they be ejected? if so, how would they rate from worst (eject 1st)to best (still hope, eject last).
Thanks!
Thanks!
Q: Your view on the latest earning would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Stéphane

Q: Can I get a thorough dissection of Colabors earnings release. Also, given that the last two quarters have been poor, would you recommend selling?
Q: Gentlemen
What are your thoughts about Scandium International. The company has a large scandium deposit in Australia which was last week just approved for a mining licence. My understanding is that scandium is a rare earth metal that when partnered with aluminum creates a much stronger alloy that still retains the lightweight aspects of aluminum on its own. My quick investigation sees this as having a number of applications in both the aerospace and automobile industries. I looked at their website but see that this is still in the pre-production stage as there is no revenues but I can see this having great potential especially for fuel savings in the era of climate change. Do you think a position on spec is okay or is it still too early to get in at this time.
Regards
Robert

Q: I would like to add a few small cap "seed" positions that have the potential of growing a at a rate of 25% plus per year, i.e. essentially a triple+ in 5 yr. I already own PHO and ITC and am interested in GSY, PEO, BUS and PTE. Could you rank these equities (staring from highest growth rate) and include any other small cap candidates that I have not considered that fit the criteria.
And thanks for all the savvy advice provide by your service. James.

Q: Is there any hope for this one? I am down way big time on it, to the point that if it fell off the board it wouldn't make much of a difference. I will hang on to it if there is any hope, if not its time to clean up. Thanks wayne
Q: Hi Team, Sorry about just copying this info, but RBC is doing a better job than I could:
12:23 PM EDT, 05/03/2017 (MT Newswires) -- RBC Capital is initiating coverage on TSO3 with an Outperform, Speculative Risk rating and C$4.25 target. TSO3 has recently commercialized a proprietary and highly differentiated device for the sterilization of medical devices, particularly endoscopes, in healthcare settings, the brokerage reports, adding that the company is therefore uniquely positioned with its marketing partner, Getinge (a world leader in infection control sales). "We expect greater than ~40% returns over the next 12-months."
Price: 3.17, Change: +0.08, Percent Change: +2.6
Would you agree or disagree with RBC on TSO3?
Thanks, Chris

Q: Just a follow up on the question today about healthy menu companies, I might suggest Ten Peaks as well. Decaf coffee sales are on the rise and the Swiss Water Process ( ie Ten Peaks) is regarded as the premier method. Their 1st Q earnings come out next week so we will have a better idea of business at that time.
Q: Would you agree the latest acquisition of a business to business provider could reduce costs of their funeral home operations, thus increasing margins long term?
If so, can it be seen as an excellent strategic fit to the growth platform, and thus support current share price momentum?

Q: The shares of PYR have moved up today and a company with the symbol HPQ announce it has ordered a second phase of Process Characterization Testing from PyroGenesis; alas, the HPQ in question is not Hewlett-Packard but a much smaller company "HPQ Silicon Resources" which is listed in Frankfurt and on the TSX-Venture exchange.
What can you tell us about this TSX.V-listed HPQ and is its announced relationship with PYR meaningful for the continuing progress of Pyrogenesis Canada?
Thanks to the 5i team for their informative insights.

Q: CHH has issued a press release of their signing a New 5-year Credit Facilities for Completion of Debt Refinancing Plan. The reduction in borrowing costs from $26.4M in 2015 to a pro-forma of $4.5M along with a reduction in their weighted average interest rate from 6.7% to 5.25% is impressive. Would you please provide your assessment of this company and also comment if it time to buy this stock? Thanks Gordon
