Q: HI,
Maybe my math in not accurate but if WH pays 3.67$ for 40.7M shares, this would result in about 150M cash (or about 1$ / share). if this is wright, would not this be positive for the share price? or my math is wrong?

What is the probability of a higher bid? Based on a 50,5% cash and 49,5% bce shares bid, I understand that shares closed the day really close to the bid value: 16,02 vs 16,04. Would you recommand I sell at this price or tender sometime in January? Especially if I use margin? Q: Hydrogenis has been trending higher of late, although it seems to fall back as fast as it goes up. However this morning it is up over 5%. The only news I can find is that they will announce earnings on Nov. 6th. Would this signify optimism in the earnings report, or could it be that someone knows something we don't? The volume is low.
