Q: I noticed that LTV has halted trading. Looks like they are selling their assets and patents and will try to remain on the TSXV in hopes of finding something to buy or engage in a reverse takeover. Couple of questions
1) is company dead and simply taking a last breath or is there any hope at all
2) if it does stay on the TSXV but move down to the "NEV Board", what does that mean and can the shares be traded on the NEV Board just as easily as they trade today on the "tier 2 platform"? What is the difference between the NEV board and the tier 2 platrform?
3) what would you do?

Thanks

Scott

Q: Hi guys at 5 I's.
Major Drilling is getting near 52 week lows again. I have kept a core position and trade another tranche of shares buying in the low 8's and selling in the low 9's. I have done well so far and I still think MDI should do well in an intermediate time frame because it has virtually no debt, is the leader in their field (drilling for minerals) and it is in what is supposed to be a growth area (looking for more mineral deposits so that we will have enough metals to electrify the world). So why does MDI keep trading down to less than 10 PE? I am quite happy to pick up so more MDI shares at a level that I think is cheap. Do you think MDI is cheap in the low $8 range?

Q: 1. Most gold mining stocks are not going anywhere since 2020. I’m looking for juniors for possible growth. CXB is getting traction since its Marathon Gold acquisition. You have already suggested KNT, KRR, ORLA. I find ORLA interesting and many analysts follow it. Would you compare CXB with the other 3 for future growth?

2. Would you have a reference for ranking countries as per their “friendliness”/risk for mining companies, eg african, latin american ones.

3. Is GDXJ really represent “junior” miners ?

Merci, Denise
