Q: On Dec.1 NFI announced the purchase of ARBOC which from what I understand is a competitor of BUS. I have been looking to buy BUS for a while and have been waiting for a pull back like this, I also see some insiders stepping in to buy here, I am thinking part of the sell off is possibly due to maybe some pre knowledge of this takeover by NFI. Do you think this takeover will or could have much of an adverse effect on BUS ability to sustain growth growing forward and would you consider an investment in BUS at this time as part of a portfolios small cap component at maybe an overall 2% portfolio position?

Q: You had responded to a previous member question about Neptune Tech waiting for its Investor communications on Nov 28th. I see it has sold the Krill Oil business and is now into cannabis derivative products. The current p/e is stated as 5.5 x and there was quite a bit of insider buying (albeit at lower prices). Has your opinion changed as to whether this would be a good speculative purchase for me?

Q: GMP, which has been drifting lower on generally weak news and earnings has, for the past two days, been up significantly. I can't find any news either on their website or from the internet generally. Would appreciate any info you might have in this regard, as well as your current opinion and outlook for this company. Q: Well, 14 months since my previous Q on CSO and it seems like there is a positive trend (after 3 years of negative eps the latest 3 qtrs were positive). But has it been solely due to the price of (mostly) met coal, or do you think their operations have improved (any indication that they are besting some of their competitors)?
The management commentary sounded quite positive - but that's what I wanted to hear - so I'm interested a more critical take.
