Q: Hi 5i, David's Tea has released results. Please provide comments on their results and especially where they indicate they may undertake a formal restructuring if they are not successful in negotiations with landlords. What would a restructuring mean to the common shareholders? Would management be obligated to give shareholders a fair equity value in the Newco?

Q: These five stocks make up my small cap portfolio that is by design fairly concentrated and aggressive. I recently added QST on the significant pull back. I’m thinking that it can weather the down turn (great balance sheet) and will likely be a 2x bagger minimum when things turn around. Are there any other small cap names like it, that have been hammered, will survive, and that you could see moving significantly in the next 12-24 months? Thanks

I am wondering for a longterm hold in an RESP.
Without worrying about sector as it's well diversified mostly through index etf's.
What would your top canadian small cap picks be?
That you would trust with the greatest growth, security and longevity.

Q: Taal recently put out a 5 year corporate vision (https://www.taal.com/files/TAAL-CorporateVisionDeck.pdf) which seems to pivot the company's focus to transaction processing and some other related areas. This new vision relegates the volatile mining business to the background in favour of what seems like a more sustainable model. I understand this is still a speculative investment and a very small cap company but I would appreciate hearing whatever thoughts you might have. Thanks.

(I think the ticker in your system needs updating as it has traded as TAAL since late last year.)

Q: Hello 5i team;
Exro Technologies has performed exceedingly well lately with good momentum, seems to have gained investor interest and is hitting all time highs. The company's technology involves significant improved performance of electric motors, batteries , generators and have announced several partnerships in diverse industries.
Could you offer your views as far as risk/reward on this micro cap company?

Revenue and EPS estimate please?

I bought this back in April as a covid play. I am wondering if I should just sell half and stick with it or move on. Is it one of those quiet unloved stories will outperform over time, or is growth too muted for a long term investor.
