Q: I submitted a question on this company, previously known as CB2 Insights (ticker: CBII), but not sure if it’s still in the queue or got missed. Sending it again just in case.

What are your thoughts on their recent earnings report and overall outlook?

Their primary business currently is providing subscription healthcare. I find it interesting that they’re a Canadian company running clinics entirely in the US. They claim profits are much easier to attain with US clinics as they don’t need to share revenue with the physicians. The doctors are only paid a salary.

Q: I have done well with Canadian micro and small caps over the past 25 years , in large part because that is where I have found the biggest growth opportunities as the share prices are often not at all reflective of the actual and potential earnings. There seems to be far fewer opportunities in Canada (ex commodities) to make largish investments ( minimum of $50,0000) and am looking to American micro and small caps. From your experience would you say that there are much more opportunities to find bargains in the US exchanges or are American investors more aggressive and bigger risk takers so that there is less mispricing?
Tangentially, it would be educational for me to see how the 5i team goes developing a thesis for purchasing a stock.

Q: Hello Peter,
I thought Electrovaya's numbers were decent and yet stock sold off. Was this sell on good news and do you think it has potential in energy space? I have small position on Xebec but was wondering to raise to full position as opposed to buying Greenlane for diversification? Also, any reason why Enwave is chugging higher as your previous comments were not that positive. What has changed? Finally, is it too late to enter Shopify? i am sort of glad to have held onto blackberry and finally got a bit of pay off today.. I am just wondering if Knight may do same in the future by surprising the market with good news (I know one cannot forecast but based on its history as a company it has not done much.). Thank you.

Q: Iiroc stopped trading yesterday. Looking back at the release it names the stock Mene.WT and it trades on V.
Does the WT stand for warrant ? If so I don’t recall ever seeing this, please clarify.
Also on their Q3 results they have reported their first quarterly operating income, after going public less than 3 years ago. Is this significant, and would you buy the stock ?

Q: IIROC has suspended trading, pending delisting.
As far as I know Mene has provided all documents so I suspect the delisting may be to take Mene private. Insiders own about 80% of the stock. If this is what is happening, how do you see this played out ? Is there any chance shareholders will get nothing or little ?
