Q: It appears this is the first question on Wrap Technologies ($8.35, market cap $305 million).. Quick blurb about them:
Wrap Technologies, Inc., a security technology company, develops security products for law enforcement and security personnel. It develops BolaWrap 100, a hand-held remote restraint device that discharges an eight-foot bola style Kevlar tether to entangle a subject at a range of 10-25 feet. The company was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in Tempe, Arizona.
They are starting to get orders for BolaWrap from police departments. Their website claims "Policing Just Got Safer".
Q: I was wondering if you could provide any comments on Relay Medical. I have read that they are involved in rapid testing for COVID-19. I would appreciate any insight you may have to offer. Thanks so much!
I'm not sure what to make of the announcement of QUIS hiring an outside company (Gateway) to help them with investor relations. Is it positive because Gateway will be able to increase QUIS visibility to institutional investors? Is it negative in that QUIS may be desperate and needs assistance? ...or is it a non-issue?
Q: As per my portfolio analysis I have reduced my position in tech and industrial. One area Where I don’t have an investment I.e. communication services I’ve taken A partial position in BCE. I need to add health care. What is your opinion of the above? What would be your top pick in this area.
Q: I would appreciate your overview of the acquisition by Cloud MD of iMD Health Global Corp announced this morning. Is there a chance that CloudMD and Well might merge at some point in the future?

Q: Hi 5i team,
Could you please recommend ETFs that invest primarily in US small/mid cap biotech, medical equipment/pharma and digital/IT companies? Thanks.
Q: Notice recent move on PTQ, ,largely, I assume on takeover/merger with company in southeastern U.S. Does management have experience and background in growth by acquisition strategies? and do insiders own much of this small cap ? Thanks, Bill
Q: Could you please comment on their recent financing. One of their Intended use of financing funds seemed to be to repurchase their own shares? Selling shares to buy their own shares doesn’t seem to make sense unless they had plan to Drive the share Price down.
Do you think they are planning a big buy Or a series of acquisitions like their Sister company Phm.
What is your going forward perspective on vmd. They seem to be in an ideal market area (ventilators) and able or pull in funds very cheaply and their shares seem to have consolidated. Thank you for the great unbiased advice you provide us diy investors.
Q: Hi Team, thoughts on Krakens announcements of today. They seem to be on a roll and h as very just hit $100 million market cap.

Q: Hi 5i,
Somehow I let myself get seduced by Corus and bought in some time ago, and I'm now sitting on a fairly large (but so far unrealized) loss in a registered account. I've kept thinking there's potential and I'll at least get to the point where I'm only down 50% and will unload then, but things only seem to get worse. So my questions:
Now that it's so cheap is there any reasonable prospect that Corus might be seen as worthwhile takeover target by anyone out there such that the stock could possibly get a bump, or should I just put that thought down to wishful thinking, take my lumps and put what (little) money I'll get from selling into something with better prospects?
And who might such a white knight be, if you think there could be one?
Thanks,
Peter
