Q: I am down about 20% on Pinetree Capitol and wondering if I should hold. When I bought it the plan was for a five year hold (as you suggested as a reasonable timeframe). Does that still sound reasonable or do you think something has changed. The main reason for my purchase was in support of the management team.

Q: Hello 5i team, could you comment on the news about AIF. Were you expecting this end game? At this juncture, after selling a subsidiary last year? Who could be potential buyers? Brookfield? What range of price would you expect for a privatization? How long do you expect it will take to have news about a formal takeover over offer based on Tuesday’s news that the process has already begun? What is the probability that the current process initiated by the company will conclude on the sale of the company? Thank you for your collaboration

Q: Heard Cormark is being taken out and that prompted me to look at this stock again. Strong market activity and a budding revival of small caps and junior mining stocks might be good for this in my opinion. Also, a possible takeover target? Your thoughts on my logic, and if now is a good entry point would be appreciated. (Also, if you could comment on dividend growth and sustainability too.) Always appreciate your insight; thanks!

Q: Can you tell me more about Foran Mining Corp(FOM) . Especially in its longer term outlook and the insider buying and holders which drew my attention to the stock. The CEO Daniel Myerson, has been buying, so has Fairfax Financial and Canada growth fund. What do you think of the CEO? Prem Watsa’s interest? and Canada Growth fund Inc? Do they know something we don’t about the future of the company? Thank you.
