Q: As of today, Quorum Information Technologies market cap exceeds $100 million. Should this attract more Funds to the story now given this Company is a profitable and growing SAAS business, with 90% revenues recurring and lots of cash on hand.

Q: It would appear that although this is a solid company it is down about 5% at the moment. One analyst did downgrade it to hold. The criticisms of the company seem to be the pay structure (transparency) and minimal growth due to an M&A slowdown. Both of these concerns speak to management. Are you able to provide any information on the management team? Are they strong, experienced with a stake in the company? At this time I am thinking it is a good buying opportunity despite its lack of momemtum.
Appreciate your insight.

Q: Hi Team
I dodged a bullet with hbc , I was so fed up with the gong show I decided to keep the stock, knowing if the deal feel through it would go way down, but I figured the clowns behind it were going to suffer a lot more than me, I did sell at $ 10.80, just glad to be out with a little profit. Next up is ret, not sure what to do it......avergae down and hope for a recovery, or hand on or just sell. It is in a non tax account. Trying to get my head around it, they have lots of cash, not sure the value of their properties, can not find out what they own and what they lease. What do you feel about this one, does it go down the drain like woodwards, Eatons Sears......etc.....look forward to your opinion
thanks
Tar

Q: I bought 5,000 shares of crescita in my tfsa and bought after Knight sold their shares. Do you think the stock is being accumulated now by a big company for a possible takeover. They are profitable and have a good product. I bought it at $1.20 and it hovers around .90 to .97. Would you move on if you owned?
Q: What are your favorite small cap stocks in the TSX
Thanks for the help

Q: This is more an observation rather than a question. On January 10th 2020 the Wall street Journal had a piece on the harmful practice of flaring natural gas. It referred to only one company and that was Questor. The CEO was referred to twice and also quoted.
Q: What is your opinion about this stock? I've been told it's a well managed company, but the stock price seems to be heading downward lately in a continuing bull market. Has this got anything to do with a recent acquisition which was not liked by an analyst? Or, a change on growth prospects? Someone dumping their position? Thanks for your opinion.

Q: Hi Peter, I’m very interested in this company. I’ve done my dd on it. New ceo last September who seems to be surrounding herself with experts from her past. The technology seems great!
Could you give me any info you have and your opinion as to a buy with small cap risk.
Thanks as always.

Q: Hello Peter and Team,
Wondering if you think this may be a good entry point for an investment in Greenbrook TMS. The company claims that its electromagnetic treatment for clinical depression is 68% effective with no significant side effects. This would make it more effective than any single depression drug on the market. With depression being so prevalent and insurance companies looking to save LTD payouts, it seems likely that the popularity of this treatment modality could quickly become widespread. Although it may be an effective treatment, what do you think of the company’s business model?
Thank you.
Brad

Q: On several occasions when responding to questions about WELL you mention risk - an excellent point as it is a relatively small company.
But in comparison to many other smaller companies there are important aspects that in my mind mitigate the risk somewhat. For example:
- the quality and reputation of management and its obvious ability to attract investors
- founded first and foremost on the ownership of health clinics (relatively stable recurring revenue, insulated somewhat from recessions)
- disciplined/focused in its choice of foundational corporate software platform (i.e. OSCAR). OSCAR is open source and free of royalties - think of RedHat's success. OSCAR is its singular software focus - think Westjet and the cost savings by limiting maintenance to only one type of aircraft. And then the cost/effort when it comes to adding new functionality (e.g. telemedicine) to your product like all software products must do.
None of this guarantees unqualified success in the marketplace of course but what additional risks should an investor in WELL consider? Thank you.

Q: Hi,
I've held MCR since the highs of 2014 and have been patient - very patient. But I'm wondering now whether I should sell at a loss and re-deploy the cash. It's a small position that I'm left with and I'm still generally over-weight the energy sector.
Thanks,
