Q: Hey Guys, been a few months since we've heard your thoughts on MCR. I'm flip flopping on this one because its clearly underperformed due to being tied to the o&g sector. But we've seen other o&g companies and even service companies (drilling not pipeline) recovering, while MCR still heads down. However I still see potential here, very high insider ownership, trading below book value, still profitable, reducing shares, decent roic, and 2020 guidance has been updated twice in the last 6 months to 250M. Yes the share price still heads down. I feel this one has the potential to increase dramatically or am I holding on to this one too long? Thx
Q: Can you please comment on why DOC and KNR are going up while EDT is going down when news from EDT was also positive? What do you think about these companies. Should I take profits or continue holding? Thanks for your input
Q: Do you see recent acquisitions as being positive for EXN longer term. Is Eric Sprott still involved in the company? Thanks for the good work. Gaston
Q: MYCO can you comment on this company? As far as I can tell:
1. Psychedelic's could be the next cannabis industry
2. The company seems to be in great financial health,
3. A recent voluntary lockup agreement with certain shareholders means no dumping of shares
4. they've hired a past marketing exec with Red Bull - as much as fundamentals matter a good story teller is nice to have.
Q: Good day team,
Two questions for you today. How do you feel about gold and silver (and equities)as an investment moving forward. Please note I do have exposure but I just wanted your take. Do you have exposure yourself?
How do you about TMD (Titan medical) as an investment?
Have a good day
Seamus
Q: I received shares of US-based Lantronix when they purchased Canadian-based Intrinsyc Technologies in January of this year. Since then I have held on to all my shares in Lantronix and they are performing well despite COVID-19. What is your thoughts about Lantronix shares going forward?
Q: Could you help me interpret the Q release? Revenue is up but is it less than shareholders expected? Thoughts on the GSX Gizmo aquisition, is it looking like a significant growth area? Do you support their claim; to be a leading vendor in the enterprise DEM market.
Are they gaining traction?
Q: Founders recent results are very encouraging in an environment where the banks are increasing their loan loss provisions. What is your opinion of their prospects?
Q: Kraken - Current earnings appear to show modest revenue despite a significant contract announcement some while ago, so I am wondering about the growth prospects for this company. What I would like to ask is whether the market for Kraken's products provide a good opportunity for growth or is it inherently small/limited in prospects?
Greenlane appears to be struggling to break even notwithstanding improving revenue, a (significantly?) larger backlog and what I would call an outstanding quote book which borders on the gigantic. How do you view the prospects for GRN as well as XBC, assuming they don't get Trumped like Questor?
Re DOC and WELL I have been trying to determine whether these two have the same/similar business models or not, as the more recent announcements by DOC have been on the acquisition of clinics to support a team, which appears to be a collaborative model for medical services, while WELL's emphasis appears to be on digital records and remote services. Do these two occupy the same space or are they inherently different and might one offer better prospects than the other?
Thank you for your responses.
Q: It has been a while since your last (very thorough) look at Urbanfund. Can you provide your perspective on the reliability of their dividend and future prospects? Many thanks.
Q: Hi 5iR, Please give me all you can on PINK. The stock appears to be taking off into orbit.......any reason why? Their imaging technology seems to have incredible potential but why is the stock suddenly moving up over the past month? Is there a deal, an investor, a takeover.....?? I'd appreciate whatever you can dig up, preferably with a backhoe than a shovel.
Thanks team.
Cheers, Chris
