Q: HELLO TEAM... I am building a small cap dividend income portfolio as part of an overall income plan-it will comprise only 5-10% of my overall portfolio ( mainly for diversification). Q: I took the plunge on this today. I feel that the HVAC sector is ripe for modernisation/greening/consolidation/growth. What do you think about this one?

Q: I thought I picked a winner here but this small cap solar equipment manufacturer is dropping precipitously. What is wrong? Is it a hold?

Q: Rare Earth Elements traded for over $4 this year, and was hovering between $1-2 in the last few weeks. Last week, they announced that each shareholder is being given one right for every share we own, that allows us to purchase another share for $0.24. My question is why would they do this so far below current and recent prices? Is this another way of giving shareholders a pseudo-dividend or sweet deal? I assume this is why the share price has been falling in the last few days (a possible doubling in the number of shares). Can you comment? Here is a snippet from their announcement. I assume it would be silly NOT to take them up on their offer.

"One (1) subscription right will be required to subscribe for one (1) common share of Rare Element Resources Limited at the subscription price of $0.24 USD per share. ... Additional Shares: If you exercise your basic subscription privilege in full, you may also exercise an oversubscription privilege to purchase additional common shares that remain unsubscribed for at the expiration of the rights offering, subject to availability and pro rata allocation of shares among persons exercising the oversubscription privilege."

Q: Hi folks..thoughts on Enthusiastic Game eglx/t, acquisition of U.GG...I guess to gain entry to "League of Legends" game space....looks like $45M+ acquisition...for company that will generate 2022 Rev of $8M & N.I. of $3M...seems pretty rich...think it was good/bad/normal acquisition...and thought s on Eglx going forward....have possession...thanks as always, jb Piedmont QC

Q: Earnings released after close. Revenue growth appears very strong but loss increased. Can you comment on results and if the revenue growth trumps poor earnings. What do you see happening going forward. I'm warming up to QUIS. Is it a speculative buy?

Q: 3Q out for WeCommerce holdings. Looks like strong revenue increase, but large loss on EBITA. Can you please decipher results versus expectations and valuation?

Q: USIO, at first glance, is one among many payment processing firms. Is it worth a long-term hold position? My portfolio is currently low in tech stock for valuation reasons.

Q: Hi, do you have any compelling purchases from the stocks that have recently achieved 52 week low status? The negative momentum is not an ideal buying strategy but perhaps tax loss selling has pushed some of these stocks to this status, warranted or not. (AT, Well, VFF are a few that hit this status today...and that I have on a watch list).
Do you see these or others that have this recent status as a buying opportunity or should one wait to see more positive momentum?
