Q: GBT seems a bit ahead of LNF in terms of developing its real estate arm, but with a weak market, it’s paying a price for it. Is GBT a good stand alone investment, and secondly if I already own LNF to you think they will largely move together?

Q: Good evening!
You mentioned this new company as 'small' in a previous comment, but they now appear as part of the TSX 60, notably number 2 on the list in dividend returns (to Telus). How can this be small and make that list?
Also, can you tell me what their payout ratio would be, referencing cash flow of course, not 'official' earnings.
As well, I asked another question about a week ago referencing which stocks to move into a TFSA from RIF. Did you receive that question?

Q: ROOF recycles reshingles. They shred a shingle and produce 3 different products. The marketplace has a different cycle wherein they shred a shingle to produce road tar. Does ROOF have enough of a differentiator in its product line to sustain the viability of the company long term. Could you provide your opinion on this company's valuation and long term outlook for the next 3 - 5 years?
