Q: These six companies comprise my “Small Cap Canadian Technology” holdings. As I like their long term prospects, I am content to hold all of them for their recovery potential over the next few years. However, I would like a second opinion from you: would you agree they are all good companies worth holding, or would you switch any of them out for better quality names? If so, what would be your suggested replacements and why?

Q: Based on your answer over a year ago...has anything changed for better for worse in your view on this particular stock addressing the points you came up with previously and looking at trending financial metrics for URC? Would it be a buy here at these levels, hold or sell? How do you feel about the uranium market going forward, the effect of the war and sanctions on Russia on the uranium market?

5I RESEARCH ANSWER:
There is not much to add really. It still has no revenue, losses and negative cash flow. It had $11M cash as of its last report. We have no real concerns with its royalty portfolio, but the stock has moved with the sector as opposed to any specific company news. We think the outlook is decent but would see no need to add to a naturally growing position. Insiders are 4%. Uranium Energy is 19.5%. We think management is quite decent overall.

Q: Dear 5i team.

I'm taking another look at QTRH, but I'm confused by the last year or so of Q+A.
In the latest Qtr, they reported what looked like breakout numbers. But, as I look fwd to next qtr, revenue goes back close to previous running rates. Can you explain what's causing the lumpy numbers? (did they sell wilan?)
In previous questions I believe the estimate was 1.50/share in cash? Is this still the case? If so, at 1.75 today, looks like a screaming buy with a 2.5% yield. What am I missing please.

Many thanks for your help.

Q: I'm 50% down on both of these companies. I'm ready to throw in the towel on either if not both. Do you believe they will recover in the next 2 years? Would you rather sell one and buy the other, would you just hold for now, or would you sell both and buy something else? Take as many credits as needed. Thanks

Q: please comment on the Q4 and year end. This quote from CEO, is it just hype or is this company ready to start increasing customers and revenues? Also does the insiders and institutional share holders tell us anything?
"Though financial performance in FY22 was below our expectations, I am confident in the platform we have created for growth in FY23" said John Proctor, President and CEO of Martello. "The end of the 2022 fiscal year marked an inflection point for Martello towards an absolute focus on becoming a Microsoft Modern Workplace optimization leader. In FY22 we built the product, sales channels and go-to-market strategy to address this market, one which has greater potential than anything Martello has ever done. We are seeing early indicators of momentum around the Vantage DX solution just a few months after launching.
