Q: Good morning Team,

How much debt do you think Converge is taking on to fund the NCIB. Is there anyway that FCF is funding this?

What are your thoughts on not seeing Maine or Bernard jump in, put their money where their mouth is and buy?

Is it time to take the 55% loss and move on?

Q: NPK seems to be on a bit of a break out the last few days. Do you feel that is due to fertilizer prices? Nutrien has gone down because of accepting lower prices in China while NPK has only 3% of the market in Brazil where they have plenty of room to expand their market. Are the prices in Brazil , where they use a lot of fertilizer ,rising or falling? Is the currency in Brazil strengthening or weakening? Thanks, as always

Q: If one already has a 10% weighting in ITOT would an additional position in a small cap fund be warranted? Which ETF is preferred for small cap exposure and why - IJR or IWM?
