Q: A member recently asked if there are any Canadian companies comparable to PANW. Although it is no where near the scale of PANW, I learned about PLUR last year from 5i Q&A's and found it intriguing. Below is a description from your DB that might be of interest to your reader.

Q: Hi 5i Team - Could you provide an update on the fundamentals of Headwater Gold including cash on hand, debt (if any), insider ownership, quality of management. This company was mentioned recently on the Metals Investor Forum and sounds like it has quite a bit going for it including 10 projects, 100 % owned with some encouraging drill results. Also could you give your opinion on the upside potential of this company as well as the possibility of a need to raise capital for further exploration. At this point there are only 50 million shares which doesn't seem like a lot for a junior resource company. Thanks.

Q: In spite of a pretty good valuation, a not-so-bad quarter, and good potential Acuity Ads still continues to drift lower. A previous question on this company indicated that there might be some concern over management - that they were not too impressive. Could you provide your opinion on management and if they have what it takes to turn this company around over the next couple of years. Thanks.

Q: Reko has just announced another profitable quarter. Revenues jumped significantly and outlook appears strong.

During the quarter, the company re-purchased 35,800 shares under the normal
course issuer bid.

During the previous quarter, the company re-purchased 29,700 shares under the normal course issuer bid.

During the fiscal year ended July 31, 2021, a total of 238,800 shares were purchased and cancelled.

On December 2, 2021, Reko paid out a special cash dividend of $0.25 per share.

The balance sheet is pristine with close to $4 in working capital and a “hard” book value approaching $8(no goodwill on the B/S and real estate at cost).

Would you consider Reko to be a buy at these levels and what would you see as the potential outcome for minority shareholders (family controls 2/3 of the shares).

Q: The company increased its dividend from 1 to 3 cents ( semi-annual) and its drill count. The year end numbers were good. I listened to the conference call and they said that they is a big demand for drills and they can get better pricing. Africa is not looking so bad a place to do business and the CEO was quite upbeat. This one looks promising for long term hold.

Q: My 3 biggest losers to date are quis, prl and toi. Prl seems to be changing momentum heading into earnings report march 21. Would you buy more of any of them at this point, just hold or sell?
