Q: Doc announced today a newly formed public sector division and recent customer contracts across North America that it says will provide “meaningful revenue diversification” and “opportunities to accelerate technology and service integration.”The contracts include agreements to provide integration and technology services to the New York City Department of Education, a substance use disorder solution to support the opioid crisis in North Carolina, and more than 100 new contracts to provide mental health support covering up to 50,000 new employees under subscription services. CloudMD also said it has added several contracts within the public sector division including for a major college employer in Atlantic Canada and mental health coaching for the employees of a major Ontario university. Would appreciate your overview on how significant this announcement is as it seems to tie into Biden's comments in these two areas in his State of the Union Address. The stock was up 20% on the news and traded on high volumes. Thank you

Q: Dear 5i team.

I see AT is set to report 3/10. In view of this, can you let us know what is expected and what your educated guess would be if they miss/beat? In other words, your opinion on risk reward from these levels would be appreciated.

Many thanks.

Q: I have dabbled in a few mid to small cap Canadian bio companies over the years. I never have the stomach to hold on for the long term in general due to high volatility but I like the sector. I'm currently sitting on Sernova (SVA) for now at least. How Do you like them? Do you have any other recommendations in this sector?

Q: I find myself on the fence with Savaria. I have held it a long time and consequently have had it grow from a partial position initially to full position without adding to it. With interest rates due to rise I assume it will cost SIS more to service their debt (eventually at least), and if inflation continues to run I would prefer owning a company that has demonstrated an ability to increase their dividend. In your last report, under “Valuation” you state “… we expect SIS to maintain its record of annual dividend increases”, but I note in the Report Card of that same report it gives 5 Yr Dividend Growth a C rating and what looks like a -25%? Can you please comment?
Thanks,

Q: Martello shares have settled into the 5 cent range with 321 million shares outstanding for a capitalization of $16 million. Could you please offer your interpretation of the recently reported financial results, the financial means available on the books to fuel the day-to-day operations of the company, and whether the company has the means to be a going concern? Also at what rate are new shares issued on an annual basis (as compensation or any purpose) to dilute existing shareholders? Thanks from an appreciative member.

Q: Could you please offer your interpretation of the just announced financial results from Lion Electric, the business outlook conveyed, and any headwinds/ tailwinds looking forward that flag your attention? What is your read on the relatively high short interest on the stock, and their success in building a factory and Experience Centre’s to present their electric school buses and their electric trucks to customers in order to fill their order book (and factory)? Thanks from an appreciative member.
