Q: I have a very small position in MCB and I'm following their progress. I found the last earnings report to be rather confusing, some decreases (e.g. revenues, albeit with excuses) and some hopeful indications (e.g. new products). What do you think of MCB? Is it a buy, a sell or a hold? Do you anticipate earnings growth going forward?

Q: POSCO acquisition of Lithium South

"The final acquisition price has been agreed and adjusted to US$65 million to account for tax burdens, closing costs and property payments."

US$65m = Can$90m

divided by 113m shares = .79/share payout to LIS shareholders

Is this an accurate guess or do 32m (I think) warrants and options need to be factored in such that $Can90m/113 + 32m shares = .62/share payout

What is your best guess as to the final share price value paid to Lis shareholders?

Q: It looks like TGH is being acquired. I’ve read some of the news but I’m still not exactly sure what this means for my stocks and what I should do. Should I sell now? Or will by shares be automatically converted into the new company? Or will my shares be automatically converted into cash at a price of 1.92? If so, when does this happen?
