Q: I know you guys are not warm and fuzzy about these guys and don't follow them anymore, but for some reason I find them, let's say, "interesting". Their CIRO trading halt order is a week and a half old now with no news. This is obviously due to their late filings. It's either going to be really good or really bad. Do you have a wild guess and opinion?

Q: Peter and His Wonder Team
I have to sell one of these stocks to meet my RIF withdrawal obligation for 2023. I have owned them all for years...CET is down; QST down more; QTRH up slightly. Of course since it is a RIF account there is no tax loss credit. So if you had to sell one...what do do think would be the best choice. Thanks for your opinion which is always objective and sobering which helps in my decision in which I take full responsibility.

Q: Peter; I just received the TVK info re upcoming shareholders meeting. I wasn’t aware that two directors/ shareholders held such large positions. Obviously they could never sell into the market that trades maybe 10,000+- a day. It’s close to $50.00 this am - THANK YOU- my question is do you think there may be a secondary issue of shares by these two ? It would also provide more liquidity- which may attract institutional interest- and help estate planning for the two.? Thanks.

Q: It's been awhile since you've been asked about and provided an opinion/update on NDVA. Even though putting money into this stock might be a bit of a flyer, could you please provide your comments on it, as well as what your expectations would be for their upcoming earnings report would be? Q: Can you please rate CALF in terms of risk/reward on a scale of 1-10 and explain the reasons for your rating? I've always stayed away from small caps as I find the sector too volatile, but CALF is giving me second thoughts. I believe this sector is set to run, but am hesitant to invest given my perception of risk. Your thoughts on this ETF are most appreciated. Thank you.

Q: Curious about Upwork for the coming year, given that they have turned the corner and are now generating real profits.
