Q: What do you think of the bought deal and the merits of an IFP investment moving forward? Shares look pretty cheap, debt notwithstanding. Thx

Q: UCU has had a strong run. With its critical mineral focus, apparently unique RapidSX technology, its build out in Louisiana, and funding support from the US Army, how does it look to 5i's for future stock appreciation? Fundamentals? Would 5i's consider it a worthy investment or is the stock more likely to crash after its 1000%+ climb this past year?
Many thanks.
Many thanks.
Q: Hi gang,
Your thoughts on happy belly. Would you be a buyer for a long term. What would be a good entry point?
Thanks. Alnoor

Q: Why is VitalHub so weak?
Q: WOW THIS STOCK DOWN 10% IN 1 DAY. ANY PARTICULAR REASON? THANKS
Q: Hi, I couldn't get this company to be recognized in your db. The text search did recognize their former name.
01 Quantum (recent name change from 01 Communique) had a news release today ...."01 Quantum and qLABS Announce Quantum-Resistant Ecosystem on Hyperliquid Powered by QCW".
Is this announcement significant going forward and how big is Hyperliquid vs some of the other major players, ie % market share...as noted in the release "Hyperliquid currently has a market capitalization of approximately US$15.5-16.5 billion (according to CoinMarketCap)"
I have held this stock for many years (underwater of course) thinking that some day they might get onto something big. Even with the 1,125% gain over the last 52 week period, I am sadly still underwater.
Could this be the news required to get this company recognized for future (accelerated) growth?
I take some comfort in knowing that at least I will make good use of the capitol loss rule when I sell. ;)
cheers,
Steve

Q: Hello 5i
HPS seems to be in the doldrums and not sure they will recover. I'm thinking of selling full position in HPS and take half position in each of PNG and ZDC. (Both of which I don't currently own)
I have all of them as growth stocks so what's your opinion on this trade idea?
Thanks
Ken

Q: . It will be paying a $1.00 per share special dividend in October. This is in addition to the regular quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share which will continue to be paid. After paying the special dividend, I estimate that Orca will still have about $6.00 CAD per share in cash. Can you confirm if the understanding of cash they hold is correct and also update any thoughts on the stock.
Thank you
Thank you

Q: Assessment of this? How do you rate the risk/reward potential?
Q: I have held this stock for a few years, and by some of the news letters which show up, I am confused , can you check out this stock and are they ever going to go into production.

Q: I'm looking to de-risk some of my portfolio. My question is on RSI. I realize it is boring and it's been 13 years since their last dividend raise.
Recognizing that, during any potential "long recession", can you give me a rough idea how safe their dividend would be relative to Canadian blue chip banks, pipelines, insurance companies and telecoms ? How well could they sustain their payout?
Would your opinion change in any way if that recession had stag-flation? I do already have some gold and commodities to hopefully hold me up in that regard.
