Q: I know that your most recent assessment of FORA was downbeat, however, they just released results that blew everyone out of the water and a number of analysts (RBC,TD, CIBC, RJ etc.) were falling over themselves to provide upgrades and significantly increase their targets. Would appreciate your view.

Q: Can i have your analysis on the report - seems to be quite profitable and growing nicely? How is balance sheet and insider ownership?

Q: Hi, What would be the Forward PE/valuation of TVK at current price $81-82 ? Is this multiple reasonable, for Co's historical average and the industry in general, considering the growth ( annual rate ? ) trajectory and with the risk of high interest costs and labour shortages. Do they have competition ?

Q: My total small cap stands at about 12% of total portfolio. As a reminder volatility is part of the game when investing in small caps regardless of the time frame you invest in. I bought these 3 in the last few months with the hope that I had properly evaluated the risk-reward. Having said all that I intend to keep these companies as I still believe that most of the short term risk has now been taken into account. As the Rolling Stones sing... Time is on my side.

Question to 5I, are the 3 all keepers with 3-5 years time frame or are there better options. Those are invested in registered accounts so there is no fiscal benefit to sell. Please identify a sell if one is.

Q: Just read the earnings report for ECN . Looks like they had earning of zero per share which the market appears to like .... Could 5i give an analysis and opinion on the two businesses and thoughts for a catalyst going forward ? Also comment on the management changes. I believe management was a large part of the company's original attraction . I also received the " Management Information Circular " in the mail which has comments on the strategic review. It mentions someone called " Skyline " . Could 5i explain who they are,what they do, and translate the explanation of the strategic review from " Business gobbleygook " to " Business for dumbies " so I understand it and what you think of the results of the review ? ..... I see Engine Capital’s efforts as a positive check to DND management but I am concerned how effective they can be.
