It would seem to me that although they cut there dividend, it is reasonable to think with there liquidity position and asset base they will be able ride out this storm ? Or, should I cut my losses and run ?
Q: Hi my question today is on REITs. I started to buy these three reits as they are under .9 tb ratio. value. Because of there much lower price the dividend is awesome. This pandemic is the reason for there price reduction. Are they over sold and probably the next sector (industrial reit) to bounce back ? The people that are renting there property ex;Walmart are doing ok. If not a good time to buy when is ?
Q: Northview Apartment REIT is currently being purchased by Startlight Group at a price of $36.25 per trust unit. Why is the stock trading at $33.45? Is there concern the deal will not close?
Q: I am surprised that CIGI is still 50% down while REAL, in somewhat similar business, is making new highs. Any explanation why and what is your view of the company. Your insight is appreciated.

Q: Can I get your analysis on q1 results please. Did they beat or meet expectations? They had a write down on a non core business line but we’re there other numbers good?
Is this a buy today?
Q: There are apparently class-action suits being launched against Revera and Sienna relating to covid deaths in their homes. Before long this may well involve Extendicare and Chartwell at a guess. How meaningful to a company's future would you expect these suits could be? Are there any legal precedents (re: alleged lack of proper patient/resident care) involving senior homes in Canada? I have held both Chartwell and Sienna for years, and done well with them up until all this. I have reduced both by about half, but do you think it is just better to exit this sector for now?
Thank-you
Q: Hi 5i Team
I hold these 3 REITS and would like to consolidate to one. Which would you advise to hold for long term considering recovery and dividend security?
Thanks
Q: I have sold my banks and Riets expecting there will be a tsnamia of foreclosures
and bankruptcies in the coming months.I also feel the survivors are learning how
to do business with a lot less bricks and mortar.
What is your opinion ?
Thanks
Peter
Q: Would like to know your thoughts on CanadianTire Real Estate Investment Trust? The dividend is quite interesting long term and there's a good upside ahead if/when the retail environment goes back to normal, Thank you!
Q: Wondering if you could give me your insights on the latest reporting period for them? Looked OK to me... Thoughts on stock, pay out ratio, dividend security and valuation? Also could you comment on how you see the stock doing in both an extended recovery and relatively quick recovery.
Thanks
Q: Please comment on the first q results. It is the only REIT I own as I was attracted to its healthcare portfolio across a number of countries . The dividend was not cut which was nice to hear.
Q: good morning, I am concerned that the move toward working from home and the probability that the trend will continue even after the pandemic crisis is behind us will have a negative impact on bpy given their exposure to the office space market.
Likewise they have significant holdings in shopping malls, and with the increase in online shopping are they likely to suffer a negative double whammy? Your thoughts are appreciated.
