Q: Your opinion on CRR.UN.It dropped fr $13.18 on Nov 17 to 12.13 on Dec 12 & now recovered to 12.90.It appears that some stock in the REIT sector had recently gone down due to fear of increased interest rate in 2015.Appreciate your usual excellent views & services.

Q: Good morning
D.Un has dropped a significant amount since 3Q report. The only internal event in this period was the Disposition of some LPB units to Dream Industrial REIT.

Can you explain what this transaction means eg have they made an investment in DIR.UN? Is the transaction material? Is the dividend safe at 9%+?

Thanks for your insight & merry Christmas

Ernie

Q: Hello - I see the last question/answer for TZZ was Nov 10th. There was no reason for the new lows. Since the it has dropped even further, but I still have not been able to locate a reason. Your thoughts would be appreciated. Also has there been noticeable insider activity?

Merry Christmas to you and yours. Mike

Q: Greetings, again.

Dream Office Reit (d.un) keeps showing up on CanadianInsider.com's daily insiders buying report. Do you see any significance in the number of shares insiders have been accumulating?

Lastly, with the US interest rates, apparently, set to rise in 2015 I've been contemplating reducing my reit exposure by placing a tight stop loss under either Dream Office Reit or H&R Reit (hr.un) and using a portion of those funds purchase Saputo as shareholders are presently fleeing that name for higher beta plays during this market rally.

Without worrying about sector weighting, and with total return as the main goal, would you sell either Dream Office or H&R Reit for Saputo? And if so, which Reit would you sell first?

Thanks again.

John

Q: i held health lease HLP.un, and was thinking of adding extendicare with the funds from the HLP buyout (I also hold leisure world). Extendicare has now dropped somewhat, making it even more attractive, but - do you see it going lower if rates should actually increase, how stable is the dividend and how dependent is exe on government funding? This would be held for income.

Thanks

Q: 10:16 AM 12/10/2014
Hello Peter
I am looking for safety of dividends and dividend growth, with some share price growth too, and can add about 1% to an existing position.
I am considering adding to one of :

Chartwell CSH.UN - I have a 0.1% starter position..... yield 4.6%.
Emera EMA - I have a 2.0% position........ yield 4.04%.
Enbridge ENB - I have a 2.4% position............yield about 3.07 after latest increase.
Enbridge Income Fund ENF - I have a 5% position............... yield 4.48%.

Which has the least liklihood of a dividend cut, and which would you pick, and why would you choose the one you do.
Thank You ....... Paul K
