Q: Can I have your assessment of Allied as a buying opportunity right now. It is trading at close to its 52 week low, has a decent dividend and just reported what looks like good results. I have held this stock for almost 10 years so have seen it grow nicely and wonder if this is an opportunistic time to add to it. Thanks in advance for your guidance.

Q: Is there any benefit to owning this US hotel REIT when the CAD starts to appreciate vs. the USD? Although the distribution is paid in CAD, they must do all other business in USD. If this is true, will there be any concerns if/when either currency makes a big move in the other direction?

Q: i am selling a real estate property and want to put those funds into real estate and infrastructure investments.my question is in your opinion what is the better 10 year investment between a private limited partnership fund or diversifying between reits and public infrastructure companies on the open market.I understand about liquidity issues with the former and market sentiment on the latter.I would just like to hear your opinion on what direction you would think is best to take in this case?
