Q: Boardwalk REIT constitutes about 13% of my TFSA and I am essentially breakeven on the stock having bought some at low prices in 2009 and more at a very high price in 2015. Your comments that it is a hold for dividends troubles me since although currently an excellent dividend I want either higher dividends or capital gains in the long term i.e. in 10 years or so. Do you see it continuing to tread water for 10 years or do you see a rebound in stock price or even higher dividends before then? Can you also provide a bit of an explanation for your answer. Much appreciated.

Q: I bought CSH.UN @ $11.60 in 2015, Sold @$14.20 in 2016 & repurchased this month @$15. What is the pay out ratio for CSH.UN? Morning Star shows a pay out ratio of 615%. Is this possible and if it is true should investors be worried. I bought CSH.UN for income. What is your opinion? Is there a better site to look up pay out ratio for stocks? Thanks for this great site.

Q: I have invested in AI and holding it for close to 1 year. I like this purely for income/dividend yield and stability of capital.
Recently there was a news that they are filing a base shelf prospectus.
Im concerned if this will dilute the value of my shares and dilute the dividend. How much of an impact will this have on the MIC price and the dividend earned? Please advise. Thank you.

Q: Do you think REIT's should be owned in ones portfolio? Does a 10% weighting seem to much? Also can you rate the following from best to worst as I am looking to get rid of one. GRT, REI and CRT.
Thanks

Q: greetings, looking to top up one of my reits - i have 1/2 positions in all three. If you were to add to one which one do you believe is the best value today assuming the alberta market continues to recover. Looking for a modest stable dividend as i am nearing retirement.
