Q: If DRM the top parent company of DIR.UN, DRA.UN, D.UN does DRM get income from dividends from actually holding some shares in those other dream publicly listed companies? If that is the case can you tell me roughly how much the parent company holds of each please? Thanks
Q: Hi Team,
What is your opinion on the 3 "wave" buy back offer that is in the plan by Dream Hard Asset Alternatives Trust. It seems a unusual way to announce a share buyback. Am I missing something?
I own some units was thinking to add more lately...
With the current yield of 5.1%, what risks do yo see to buy the stock at the current price. Would you be confortable to add more at the current level ?
Thank you !

Q: Good day, looking at Street, could this be a take over target for a bigger player (lender or major mortgage brokerage) given share price and market cap. KWh comes to mind as a recent comparable takeout
Q: Hi Peter, Ryan & Team,
Happy Easter! Recently, the Motley Fool had quite a critical view of Allied.

Do you concur with their view?
It's in my wife's TFSA (I realize that this isn't the right pace for a REIT, but it has done very well for her. Currently, it's 1.95% of our combined portfolio. Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Q: Could you recommend one or two quality American REITS or a REIT ETF principally investing in the States? Thank you.
Q: I'd appreciate your thoughts. Thanks.
Q: 1) How do you feel about picking up a few shares of CAR.UN, especially if you can get the shares below the financing price of $49.
2) Do you have any thoughts regarding CAR.UN's trading over the last handful of days, post equity offering (sharp increases, followed by sharper decreases, relatively speaking for a reit)?
3) Historically speaking, despite decent distribution increases, as a result of the share price increase, is this generally speaking the lowest CAR.UN's yield has been?
Thanks.
John

Q: Further to the question about Riocan on April 12.
An article in the Globe and Mail on April 8 listed Riocan as one of the "thirteen TSX stocks whose dividends appear unsustainable".
An article in the Globe on April 12 had Riocan in a list with the headline "Seeking top-performing REITs that are still well valued".
How sustainable is the distribution? How will Riocan compare to some other REITs (such as CAR or CSH) for total return over the very long-term?

Q: I just got the circular for the annual meeting and note that they are going to collapse the external management contract, giving the managers mostly SMU units in exchange. Normally this is a very good thing, but I would appreciate your comments.

Thanks,
