Q: Both of these name now represent 11% of a RRSP and about 9% of a total portfolio following steady and strong positive movement. Would you recommend selling 1 of these (about similar size)? Which one would it be? Thank you.

Q: Hello,
I have owned CAR.UN & DIR.UN for a number years and would like to sell one and keep the other for a long-term income hold.
Which would you keep?
Thanks as always.

Q: Appreciated your recent report on DIR. I am a long-term holder, and always thinking of adding more. It does seem to have been a bit challenged in the last year or two, and wondering how that compares to its' peers in industrial warehousing? Your report lists the peers as Prologis, yes, but also StorageVault (which I thought was primarily personal storage units) and Riocan, which is primary retail. What am I missing? Aren't there other industrial warehousing companies you can use for a more accurate comparison?
Thank-you

Q: Greetings 5i, your updated analysis please on PLD in terms of valuation, balance sheet strength and future growth. In your opinion would you add, hold or sell, assuming one wants exposure to the Industrial REIT sector? I also hold DIR.UN, have recently added to that position and intend to hold. Thank you.

Q: Understandably Real Estate cos. are not prominent in the minds of investors these days and in Canada they are under alot of pressure but am wondering if CAR.UN is a screaming BUY for one who is willing to wait through a couple more years of AI craze?

It shows CAR.UN book Value at $56.00 per share whilst price today is $39.00. Am already a holder of Minto which i earlier saw Book Value of $29.00 but yr site shows a P/B value of 1.06 so not sure about that number.

These companies may carry alot of debt but wondering yr thoughts on the opportunity here on these reits and the relative risks of each as a 3 year investment?
