Q: Please let me know what your view is on Sea Dragon Energy (SDX). Thank you.
Q: Hi Peter,
What do you think of Corridor Resources (CDH)? I know its predominantly a nat gas play in Eastern Canada and hence the share price has been hammered. With the recent move in nat gas prices might look like a good entry point? I also see Sprott is a large shareholder. Thanks.

Q: Hi Peter,
Even though there are some earlier views on PRY, but I would like your updated viewpoint. In the Light oil sector, this company seems quite good and has good cashflow projections. However, for quite sometime it has been under pressure. Do you think this company would go higher from this point considering oil remains above 80 dollars a barrel. What are some of the risks you see in holding this stock. Also what are your plans to cover some gold or energy companies? Thanks

Q: Have been reading about very signifigant increases in oil shipment by rail. The railways seem fairly well valued but was thinking there might be opportunities in either rail car producers or perhaps leasing companies servicing this rapidly expanding trade. Any thoughts or recomendations on either?
Q: I own Arcan (ARN) convertible deb. It appears that things are not going well at ARN as reflected by the drop in converts value on 21 Sept. But I notice from their 2011 AIF that they have P1 reserves of oil and NGL of about 15,500m barrels. Their Q2 financial report indicates total debt of about 380 million, and I believe their netback is about $31/brl. They also have significant P2 reserves that are not included in the above.
Provided they don't pee away their assets, it seems to me that in the end they have enough hard assets to cover all debts. Could you kindly comment on the degree of risk in holding the converts. many thanks.

Q: In advance, thanks for your insights. What would you have to say about CNQ?
Q: What are your thoughts on PEC.V(Porto Energy)? They are drilling in Portugal and recently signed a farmout agreement.
Q: Hi Peter any thoughts on Anderson Energy (AXL)? JC Anderson had success in prior companies but I guess this time around they got burned in the low price nat gas environment hence their focus into oil, I believe 35% oil exposure currently ( Cardium). They have a high debt load but management believes the market isn't putting the correct value on the company and hence the strategic review. 7 months have elasped since they intiated the strategic review so a positive outcome is looking less likely.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Q: Could I please have your opinion on Bankers Petroleum.
Q: Hi Peter,
What do you think of Blackpearl Resources (PXX)? I have exposure to this company and have followed the management team for years with their predecessor firm BlackRock, which did extremely well. They have current daily production of around 10,000 bbls/day, no debt and a huge potential resource in their blackrod lease in Northern Alberta. I'm sure in a few years they will be looking at a exit strategy as they have with all their previous companies once they prove that their oil sands resource is commercially viable. Any thoughts/opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
