Q: Hi Peter and team. Thanks for all your great advice. I would appreciate your opinion on Tourmaline oil(TOU), Baytex energy (BTE) and and Valero energy(VLO). I would like to add one or two of them to my portfolio in the near future. Which one would be your favourite pick. Thanks

Q: Good Morning Peter and Team,
I have been looking at a small company in the energy sector, Pulse Seismic (PSD-TSX). The financials look good and it appears to be reasonably priced. ROE is near 30% and they use some of their free cash flow to pay a dividend, pay down debt, and repurchase shares. Year to year results can be lumpy but they also look to be in an interesting niche. I would appreciate your opinion of this company's business model along with any other wisdom that you could share. Thank you, DL

Q: Regarding Richards question on a site that tracks the WCS differential, I think the link/s below do, but perhaps you could clarify for me before posting them.

Also, the Baytex site has a listing of links of historical and current quarter.

And while I'm at it,here's a site that's good for commodity futures prices.

Q: Hello, could I please have your opinion of LEG. Thanks.
Q: Hi Peter:
My main Canadian Oil holding is Cenovus (CVE). Are there other's you like better, or because of price differentials would you recommend moving to the US for an Exxon or Chevron?
If Keystone is approved our optimism would improve, however this is likely a long shot.
Thank you for your good work (fabulous)

Q: STP has had a rough couple months, startup on SAGD plants is always challenging. How are they sitting from a cash and debt coverage perspective? Is there at chance they would need to raise money again any time soon?
Q: Hi, This is a great service . I was wondering about the stock EGL.UN . I've had it for a few months and it just keeps going down. What's happening with it and is there any hope for growth? Your opinion is much appreciated.
Q: New to the site this year, have rally enjoyed reading the various publications.
Question for STP, it really took a beating again today, it must be reaching the oversold now as the price is quite tempting for the long 2-3 yr buy. Your thoughts would be appreciated. I to have a small position already of 2000 share and was thinking of doubling down! No pun intended!

Q: Peter; When you see higher than normal volume, and no real price movement on a stock, such as TBE today, is this an indicator to you someone is " bailing" or someone is acquiring a large position.? Is it a buy or sell indicator to a professional? Thanks. Rod
Q: I bought CPG in Dec. 2010 and even with their DRIP, I am down 3.9% overall or 1.6% annualized. Do you recommend holding CPG or taking the small loss and investing in another oil or getting out of the oil sector completely?
Q: Hi, It seems as though the fundamentals and technicals of SDX are improving. They reduced some outstanding account receivables and production seems to be growing. Could this be a turnaround? I am in at $0.075. thx
Q: What a fabulous service you offer!!!
I'd like to know your opinion on CFW. I purchased a small quantity a handful of months ago and am wondering whether to sell while I'm ahead.
thanks!

Q: BXE - i have done well with this stock but am wondering how much more upside is in this one or is this dead money for awhile.
Q: Which would be a better investment, Conoco Phillips (COP) or Halliburton (HAL)?
Q: New member. I bought ERF long ago and have lost on it ever since. Keep or sell. How about a replacement?
Q: Hi Peter, just a comment. I have been trying to contact Renegade for the last three days and no one will talk. Secretary this afternoon said they were going to have a press release VERY soon. Sounds and smells like Atlantic power and Just Energy to me. I have to wonder how the management of these companies can be held responsible for the actions or in actions that they take. Much of it is outright lies. Ken
Q: This is a followup on the RPL price fall mentioned by Terrance. Volume has also been heavy - are you aware of who is doing the selling or the buying and in either case is it in any way significant ?
Q: Hi Peter,
Do you like Dundee REIT which invests in Canadian office properties or a REIT that has exposure to the US market, such as Morguard REIT, that invests in Cdn. retail and office properties, but also in residential units in Florida and Louisiana? Also, do you prefer Painted Pony, PPY or Peyto Exploration, PEY. Thanks so much!

Q: As natural gas seems to be gaining traction, would PPY be a good recommendation? Is hasn't had any signs of volume and buying yet. Is it too soon?
Thanks
Thanks
Q: RPL continues to be pummeled down to 1.43.Many anlaysts gave optimistic ratings to this stock. Is its downfall the result of bad information and the trust is gone or just bad results.Company is very quiet.
