Q: Hi Peter and team,

I'm looking to overweight CDN Energy. I currently hold Crescent Point Energy, Canadian Natural Resources and Pembina Pipeline. I'd like to add Tourmaline or Baytex, but I find them expensive. Can you recommend another producer that I should look at either on the nat gas side or heavy oil side?

Thanks,
Jason

Q: Good Morning Team,

The Globe and Mail published a story this morning that Oil Sands companies in Alberta will suffer if they do not own extensive natural gas resources due to the huge increase in the cost of that resource over the winter. In your view what popular mid-cap to large-cap energy producers are strictly in the oil business and therefore will face increased costs through the necessity of purchasing natural gas for their operations? Thanks!

Q: Crescent Point Energy has released what appears to be positive results in their work on the Torquay play. The stock is reacting well. I own it and am benefiting from the rise. I know it hasn't been a favourite of 5i in the past but does this update look good? Should we think about selling into this strength?

Q: Hi, Gibson Energy(GEI)appears to be getting favourable comments from analysts and BNN guests, as a unique mid stream energy infrastructure co. benefitting from several business segments. Recent quarter was good and management guided for a strong 2014, besides a 9% dividend increase. I noted that you consider Gibson expensive and good for income only. I am considering increasing my position for income and growth. I would appreciate your comments. Thanks

Q: Hello 5i Team,
Valuations of most oil and gas producers are moving higher, but Touchstone and Petrobank are standing still, despite what appear to be good metrics and focus for their combined enterprise; thoughts?

Q: Could I please have your thoughts on the deal with Crew energy? I have held LRE since the Westfire days and it has never really recovered. It has increased its dividend but the market is still not impressed. Is this still worth holding or if it's time to move on, what to replace it with.

Providing information to help me make these types of decisions is so valuable , thank you

Q: Good morning,

I have been watching both the Baytex common and receipt, where the price differential seems to increasingly favour purchase of the receipt given the discount as well as the accrual of dividends.( assuming closure of the Aurora acquisition by June) Looking for your insights this observation.

Many thanks

Q: Crew(CR) released information after the close that it had both sold assets and purchased additional (fill in) Montney assets. It has been argued that it's balance sheet had become somewhat stretched. Do you like these transactions? The stock has been very strong of late, do you think it can continue to rise from here?
