Could you please update your view on the above . especially with regards to the integration of Ironhead. Is it a lager in the section having a good chance of playing catch up. and how do you evaluate management.
I have only a little of the energy services and am thinking of buying it.
Thanks

Q: I originally bought PPY under $2, so am obviously pleased that it closed at an all-time high of $14.17 yesterday. But it has been a volatile ride! Since they are surrounded by PETRONAS, and do drill some wells with them, do you think it is inevitable that PPY gets bought out by PETRONAS? Underpinning PPY's share price is their huge reserves and pristine balance sheet. I should take some profits, but the story is the best in the natural gas space right now, IMO. Thoughts?
Q: WCP or SGY if you could only choose one?
Q: What are your thoughts on Twin Butte's (TBE) announcement of a private placement? Tossing another 1.8 million shares in the mix is somewhat dilutive, yet the stock got a little bounce on the news.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Q: SU.to
Peter,
In your view. Do you feel that SU would be trading higher if all the cash used for buyback was returned to shareholders with dividend increase instead?
Many thanks

Q: I would like to add a smaller energy company to my portfolio mix, aiming for a bit more growth potential and I have narrowed my search to Cequence Energy (CQE) and/or Delhi Energy (DEE). Would either of these two warrant a 5% position in my growth portfolio and why? Alternatively, with companies such as these, is it better to do 2.5% in each? I am pretty fully diversified across 6 sectors, with fairly equal weighting, and wanted to start adding some "torque" to the mix. Thanks, as always, for your exemplary service!
PS I hope Peter's surgery went well, and that soon he will be able to "ride like the wind" on his cross-country trek.

Q: Can you comment on TAO.to and it's release on production and revenue increase? You have commented on it in the past and wanted to see better numbers. Did the numbers improve enough for you to consider it as less risky? Thank you.
Q: Exploreco is the offspring resulting from the proposed takeout of Crocotta. What valuation does the market place on exploreco and do you folks think this is a reasonable valuation? Thanks for your analysis.

Q: Hello Peter - We are considering buying either Tourmaline (TOU) or Paramount Resources (POU), or maybe half of each? Which do you prefer? or can you recommend something else.
Thanks for your advice.
Thanks for your advice.

Q: Hi Peter,
How about an update on Toscana Energy (TEI)? I believe the last one provided was in the Fall of 2013. Is the dividend sustainable and are your former partners at Sprott still involved with the company. Once again, THANKS for your great service and dedication to us small time investors !!!
Take Care
Dave

Q: Greetings 5-i:
I subscribe to an american investor service which recommends
only a few stocks, and which are well researched. The latest one
surprises me somewhat, so here I am for your opinion. GAZPROM
with the following metrics- Mkt cap 96.75B, yield 4.09% - P/e
3.66, EV/EBITDA- 2.34. I realize you specialize in canadian
listings and will obtain most of your info from BLOOMBERG,however, I am hopeing that you may have some knowledge of it from past experiences.
Thanks for your time,
BEN

Q: Bonterra Energy - is this a good entry point? Tx
Q: What is your view of LEG since its rise over the past three months? I have a 48% profit..do you see any more upside or is it time to take some profit? If so, what would be an equivalent name to reinvest these funds in? It is a 7% weighting in my TFSA...
Q: Re Energy stocks: Now that US investors have reportedly been buying our energy plays again and they have already run up considerably, retail investors seem to still be willing to chase/pay up for them. In your opinion, how much Iraq/Ukraine strife premium should we be factoring into these CDN energy stories and what do you feel we can expect if/when the risk premium settles down? Thanks
Q: Hi again 5i team,
This is a followup to yesterday's question re Journey Energy JOY. This morning JOY updated their website and unlike yesterday, there is now very good information re this newly 'IPO'd company. Even with the information publicly available now, I would still appreciate your expert opinion on their strategy and managment team.
