Q: Hello team,

Other than BDI and HNL, are there any other lodging companies in BC that might benefit from the LNG project? Would you recommend it over these two? If not, which one of these two companies are better positioned to do business in BC?

Q: You mentioned that these are among your choices if an investor added some Kitimat LNG exposure. I have a couple questions.
1) With the “Green Light” given, how long do you think it will take to have these stocks trade at or above Price/Book. Is this an important factor for you?
2) If not now, what would your signal to buy shares be given production in 2025?
3) do you have concerns that this project could still be stymied and not proceed?

Q: What is your opinion on the HSE offer for MEG. I have owned a 0.5 position for many years...with my other major oil and gas holding as full position in SU. Is the drop today an over-reaction and time to add a bit on the dip? It has had a good run and the dividend is back.

Q: I'm in the process of trimming my portfolio of over 40 companies and building cash. Both Major Drilling Grp and Cathedral Energy Services are candidates for removal. How do you feel about these companies, should they be sold? Would you put the money in cash or what would you buy in their place, in the same sectors?

Q: I sold BDI at a sizable loss years ago and fully appreciate how extremely cyclical this companies earnings are, for good or bad. Waiting patiently for an opportunity to catch a high beta cyclical upswing in the companies earnings. Can you advice as to how to approach this investment thesis? Start building a position now even thought its early or wait till there is clearly an upswing in earnings while trying to avoid false starts? I cant help but think that after years of terrible government policy there is blood in the streets now.
