Q: I am looking to shift some of my portfolio from the oil & gas sector to the renewable energy sector. Can you please recommend some possible companies/investment opportunities to consider?

Q: Hi!

I'm sitting on some large gains in the energy sector. Given the cyclicality of the sector how should we go about trimming our holdings? Should we just maintain our sector allocation and trim if and when it gets too big? Its taken a long time for energy to come back since 2014 so I don't want to sell too early, but any unforeseen event can hurt prices quickly. Do you think we are still in the early stages of the energy/commodity bull market? I read they tend to run in 5 year cycles.

Q: If you where to buy one energy stock, what would it be? The only one I have, that is close is Enbridge. Do you think it is even worth buying any energy at all, as it is so cyclical. Every time I buy one, I loose money on it?? My timing is never right.

Q: I have a small profit on KEY but I've been disappointed in the lack of growth recently and I was wondering if I could do better with PPL. Yields are about the same but I would prefer more growth. I already have lots of ENB and TRP in a well diversified portfolio. Appreciate your thoughts.

You are positive on AbCellera Biologics Inc.but the stock continues to tumble.. Other than Merck's announcement, i dont see any other news to create the decline.. .I am thinking of averaging down. Also, Greenlane is taking hits as well .. Do you think it is worth averaging down on this one as well?

Q: hello, I'm an investor and have profited greatly from your advise and I thank you for it. however in my farming business I am facing some scary propane charges for my grain dryer this fall and was wondering if there was an ETF or stock I could buy to hedge my use this fall. I talked with my futures guy and apparently there's no affordable way to hedge at my scale.

I've done very well with Methanex, thanks to its recent strength.

I don't view it as a long-term hold, but I am prepared to let it run it a bit longer.

What's your take on the company and methanol looking ahead the next 3 to 6 months?
