Q: Would you purchase more CCL.B today? My Average Cost is 70.0896. This is in the small TFSA. Thank you
Q: I originally purchased this stock reluctantly on the advice of my (then) advisor. I've never been a fan, as they seem to bounce from one crisis to another and have been stuck in a trading range until the recent hiring of Mr. Doyle; the trading range so far appears just slightly higher. There seems to be lot of investment advisor/analyst support at odds with my view. I am rethinking this position in my portfolio now I've no advisor, and am trying to decide if this one is worth keeping in my Consumer Cyclical group (currently underrepresented overall). I am interested in growth with this stock more than the dividend. Would appreciate your thoughts as it resides in your Income Portfolio. If not QSR then what is a plan B in this sector? Thanks very much.

Q: Hello Peter & team,
If a similar question which I missed has already been asked, please ignore this question and point me in the right direction.
The big 5 are reporting over the next few business days. Can you please share with us what we might expect? Good news bad news? Also, please rate each of the 5 in order and whether you think each of the names are a sell, hold or buy at this time and the reasoning for your logic.
Thanks for all you do

Q: Hello, I have too many financial stocks and I would like to sell one of the above but I'm not sure which one to let go of. I was thinking of letting X go or one of the Brookfield stocks. Your thoughts please, I feel I can get enough diversification with only four stocks in this sector. Thank you in advance.

Q: Why is GIL going up in price? Don't get me wrong, I was a bit concerned at a sell - off so I'm happy. In looking at their latest quarterly release, things didn't look particularly rosy for the next several quarters. They did increase dividend, so I suppose this would have maintained a certain level of confidence, but am I missing something? Thank you.
Q: Hi Guys
In regard to Tricon I am thinking of adding to my position but am wondering what their exposure would be to variable rates. I do not want a interest rate surprise like AQN. What do you think of the likelihood of that happening at the upcoming earning release? Should I be worried about any other surprises with TCN? Are you still feeling positive on this stock?
Much thanks Stuart

Q: Can you rank these banks, best to worst. With a buy sell or hold and an entry price.
How much downside risk is there to the stock price if there is a worse recession than expected? Buy now or wait and see how economy plays out in the next couple of months?
Thanks
Brian

Q: Please comment on year end and the quarter. What are your thoughts on owning this, going forward from here?
Q: hi, can you illustrate your investment thesis for both of these ETF's in the income portfolio. please specifically include what you believe to be the catalyst(s) for the share price to increase. CPD has a long track record of deteriorating share value (approximately half of share value at inception 2007 ) CVD less so ( down just under 20% from 2011 ). could you also compare the "yield" of both over the years, so we can see if the interest/payments have offset share price declines in a meaningful way. cheers, chris

Q: I have owned this stock for a very long time but its share price is the same as it was 6 years ago and the dividend is small. I would appreciate your opinion of the future of this company. It is one of the first stocks I purchased and I accept there is an emotional attachment which could be clouding my judgement as I think I should sell it.
Appreciate your insight.

Q: Since BN owns BAM, does BN receive dividends paid by BAM? Are those dividends reinvested within BN?
Q: Hi team,
Can you please comment on the current valuation of this company and it's long term potential? Looking to initiate a position in it.
Thank you,

Q: I previously owned some BAM.A Because of the complexity with tax reporting, I had this in a registered account. With the current set up, it appears that BN has more of a growth orientation, and this stock might be better held in a non-registered account. Do you have any idea what the distributions from BN might be composed of, going forward?
Thanks!
Thanks!
Q: hi, on feb 10 you answered to Lawrence that you rank 3 cdn. banks higher that the 2 you recommend, TD and BNS. and BNS you ranked last? I'm confused? what are these 2 in your model portfolio...?
