Q: I have some funds to invest in my unregistered account for a 5 year hold and am considering the above stocks and ETFs. Please comment on the projected growth of these stocks and ETFs and rank the stocks for future growth.

Q: Hello,
My holding of Waste Connections has increased substantially in value. The stock price is slipping and there seem to be a number of concerns with debt and return on capital. Your detailed comments would be appreciated.

Are there some industrials with better future prospects? What industrials could WCN be replaced with and why would they be any better?

Q: Can you help further clarify your answer to Ian's question on high yield bonds? You mentioned you prefer an active strategy, wouldn't that translate to holding HYI in the Income Portfolio instead of the current passive XHY? Then again passive XHY has outperformed over 1,3, 5 years and since inception.

Q: Still looking into tax loss selling. The last few days have made me somewhat apprehensive, though. Things can shoot up fast. I have, unfortunately, fairly substantial losses in these three. Does 5i have any objections to selling, with the perspective of buying back later?

Q: Finally.... 1st Analyst coverage from RBC capital Markets

" Mr. Kwan became the first analyst to initiated coverage of Lumine Group Inc. (LMN-X), giving it a “buy” rating and $28 target, and Topicus.com Inc. (TOI-X) with a “hold” rating and $99 target. "

Any comments on above ratings/reports ?

They seem to support 5i thesis on both companies.

Q: I bought GSY at its peak. Is it time to dollar cost average now or would you wait for the price to drop more?

How do you see the stock price move if interest rates stay stable until mid 2024?

Would you recommend different stocks which pay 3-5% dividend with room to grow 50% over the next 12 - 18 months,?

Q: Hi team,
What do you think of Gsy’s note offering priced at 9.25%. This is a shocker rate to me. Is this why the stock is down on a great market day today ? Despite this, Mr. Mullens did add that this was already priced in their future outlook in regards to growth targets. If all their debt is going to go from 5%-9% range though this sounds concerning does it not ?
