Q: I had bought AVO @29. Is it a good idea to sell and buy Shopify instead? Or would it be the case of selling low and buying high?

Q: If I was to copy your income portfolio, what would be the % weights of the individual stocks. Would it be 5% each for the 20 stocks or something a little different? Thank you, Rick
Q: Please help me to understand that if 5I doesn t have any more intel on company management than that of the avg investor, what is the benifit of membership?
I, like so many others in this forum have been ambushed with the recent developments and incurred losses leaving me disillusioned
with 5 I research.
I really thought that with 5 i"s connections to the market they had more insight,(cxr hasn't been the only surprise)
Please understand I am not blaming 5i for this,it was my decision at the end of the day. I just don't see the benifits of renewing my membership.
Thank you for the education.

Q: Hi Guys,
What are your thoughts on the recent quarter and more specifically the cash burn? Any insight into the subsequent drop in share price during Friday's conference call?

Q: Looks like PLI is drifting down since the release of their latest results.
Would appreciate your views on results and forward expectations.
Thanks
John

Q: Please give your advice on EFN going forward: buy, sell or hold.
Thank you.
Cathy
Thank you.

Q: I had purchased CXR, aware of some inherent risk, but comforted to some degree by an element of reassurance from analysts I respect - including those at 5i - and held on to cxr, to my huge detriment having lost a significant amount of $ on Friday. This is not a question, but rather an expression of gratitude in the midst of CXR's debacle for the much-appreciated alert you provided us; I sold on Friday to redeploy the funds into something I hope will turn out to be more generous. Thanks again. It's time to move on. Regards.
Q: Now that you have finally removed Concordia from your portfolio, it is time to consider also removing Dh and Efn as they are also cheap for a reason.
Q: Thanks a million for your email alert!! Time to say goodbye and I sold all of mine. Out here in Victoria we're slow to re-act because of the time difference. Thanks once again for EVERYTHING you do. Yes, the good ones will cover the losses.
Q: how does pur. make its money is it long term contracts or relationship with solid companies ,repeat ...or do they bid on contracts. do they have a lot of competition.
Q: what are your thoughts on the earning release? would you still hold ?
Q: please give your opinion on cxr s quarterly report, thank you.
Q: Hi, could you please comment on D-Box earnings. Stock took a sharp plunge after last quarterly results (recovered after a few days). What's your take this time around ? Thanks
Q: Hey team
Your opinion on earnings report. Thanks Chris

Q: I had asked on concordia with its results coming out shortly, whether the short position has been overdone and the company still has potential.
Q: It is impressive that you have held some of the original stocks in the balanced portfolio. I was wondering if you would consider adding a column showing the purchase date. All the best and see you on September 16th at the World Money Show.
Q: Peter, I have weighting of 20% in Tech (which I want to keep) and it is split evenly between CSU, DSG, ESL and ZQQ. Right now there appears to be more interest in KXS and OTC vs. ESL or DSG. I have a 135% gain in ESL in my taxable account. What do professional do when faced with this? Sell a great company (ESL); pay taxes and buy a faster growing company that investors like at the current time, or keep the great company?
Q: Would you be a buyer of SPB at $11.25?
Q: I am building a growth portfolio to mimic 5I -- and separate from my other holdings. I own BOS, CXR, DBO, KXS, PUR, SH and RRX at roughly 3% each.
Are all the holdings within the portfolio "buyable" at this time? i.e, do you have a preference in terms of 2 companies to add at this time, which might have more immediate "oomph". (For lack of a better word. I'm still caffeine-challenged at this time of day.)
Thanks for your excellent service.

Q: I guess this is a happy problem to have, due to gains in New Flyer I am going to have to look for a replacement for it.
It has grown to being a large portion of my portfolio and will have to be trimmed.
Do you have any recommendation for a replacement?
