Q: ITC has been weak the past few days. It's down again today. Do you see any reason for it? Do you foresee keeping it in the GP?

Q: Massive drop in zcl today. You mention in an earlier response that zcl has 'stopped growing'. Management however states that 10% growth target will not be achieved this year due to poor q3, however should resume by next year. Essentially, the take away is that growth prospects should still be intact, notwithstanding this quarter. Am I getting this right? And if so, why consider removing it from the GP?

Assuming GUD goes in as the white knight, are they buying products, divisions or manufacturing operations. Can you explain how GUD would go about acquiring the assets of these companies with their fat bank account?

Q: Please comment on Open Text's earnings. The GAAP - net income /eps (0.14) seems to be on the low side - this is what expected? If not whats going on here? Can you also comment on whether the cash flows are in line with what's expected?

Q: Just a follow-up to John's question on KXS earlier today regarding the decrease in Professional Services Revenue. I'm under the impression this is a strategic initiative by the company and should in no way be construed as a negative.
Below is the press release from their 2nd quarter earnings release explaining the initiative.
"Second, our strategic partners are increasing their role in deploying new customer implementations, and gaining the related Professional Services revenue as a result. This positive trend has occurred earlier than we anticipated - which in turn has reduced our outlook for professional services revenue growth for 2017. While this has a short-term revenue impact – we are excited by the acceleration of partner contributions to our business. This also creates a stronger mix of subscription revenues in our business model."

Q: I quote from the latest release, "Professional services revenue was $7.4 million in Q3 2017, a decline of 17%". With other metrics rising, how could this be?
