Q: Hi, Stock price has dropped over $5 in past three days, since pricing was announced by the company, presently trading US$35 against the bought deal at US$38. I have a feeling that the precipitous drop is not just due general market pull back. Company also announced a $750 mln Bond offering on Monday. Underwriters/investors who bought 25 million shares are already under water, so who is selling and why ? Do you suggest any action in the near term ? I guess, many of 5i members already have partial or full position at higher prices by now. Thanks

Q: Your thoughts about ET after earnings release and is the dividend safe here?
Would you buy it now?
Tell us some about their metrics here.
Also any thoughts about prospects in the future...is this a company that is looking at the future with potential.
I keep hearing that it might be taken over,so which company could be a good candidate to take them out?

Q: I believe in the inevitability of alternative energy, although not imminent, I think fossil fuels are a dying industry. Energy transmission will be needed regardless of the generating source so I am looking for companies that operate in this space. ie build/maintain transmission infrastructure or develop smart grid technologies. The big utilities have some exposure but I was looking for more of a pure play. Do you have any suggestions on specific companies. Thanks

Q: Mr. Hodson, today GUD and CSU concluded the day respectively at $8.02 and $1049.95. Do you consider these prices appropriate for the time being ? Is there any action you would recommend regarding either of these stocks, or is everything fine ?
As GUD reached $10 in the past, do you foresee the stock reaching that value again ?
Recently, you recommended awaiting a few weeks before buying more GUD shares; are you still of the same view in this regard ?

Q: Hi, Now that the pricing of the secondary has been announced at US$38 along with increase in the size of offering, with closing expected on or around June 25, 2018, do you expect any major market reaction to the stock price, after it smartly bounced back over $4 from the last week's low. I have already built in 2.5% position, in past few days and wondering if it's prudent to wait for stock to settle. Thanks

Q: Hi Peter and Team - After the recent deal, what is your opinion of management. You have clearly stated your thoughts on this deal (and thank you for that) but are there any positives left on the state of the management of this company. My feeling is that if management has deteriorated to such a low level in its ability to make smart decisions then the stock is no longer worth holding. Having said that are there any fundamentals that might make this a stock to hold on to in spite of the turmoil. Thanks.
